Hey guys,

I am starting a new Blog after being forced to leave Germany due to some ****ed up regulations they put in place this year. For the time being I am residing in Warsaw, Poland. Next year I am moving to Malta.

What can you expect from this blog? I play pretty much everything ranging from MTTs, NL CG, PLO CG, Mixed Games, 5/6 Card PLO and even some Sngs. So this blog will cover a wide variety of games.

I will start several challenges to have some fun for one thing, but also to keep focus and motivation. Once I am set up in Malta I will stream a bit and/or record videos too. For the time being we work w graphs I guess. Since I am not in a really regulated place I will cover up any screen names for the time being, which will most likely change next year moving forward.

Ok, so for the the first challenge I thought about a nice leveling up on Stars. I had a decent months on lowstakes NL/PLO on Stars after returning from the Apps on a rather low BR while I got some money stuck on sites I haven't changed location on yet (Intertops, Party, 888 and so on).

1st Challenge:

NL10 to NL16 to NL25 - moving over to PLO10 and PLO25 within 10 Days.

We gonna start at NL10 with just 8 Stacks (80$). If need be I move down to NL5 at 40$. I got a risky BRM in Place ofc. I will play Regular Tables for starters but also mixing in Zoom. So despite being able to move up I have to clear 7k Points on the side for a 1.2k$ Bonus to make this a bit more exciting.

and from PLO25 til the end. Considering the 7k Points for the Stars Bonus Challenge this will be pretty unlikely to achieve. But that is the fun part at least for me.

Time for an update. My NL HE Performance was not very successful so I made the switch back to PLO10 a lot a sooner. Thanks to toe 20% Flat RB Boxes I am also playing PLO25 a lot (and have to if I want to reach the 1.2k RB Challenge).

Thats from yday. Currently I am at 10.250/15.000 Points so I cant play much PLO10 anymore. Hopefully I will run better today. Played 3.2k Hands yday but today I want to play 5k Hands PLO25 Zoom w at least 10evBB.

Nothing to do w the Challenge but these are my PLO results for October. I am ofc pretty happy w 18evBB although its not a huge sample I think I can be quite sure I am winner on PLO25.

After this month I be going back to PLO Mastermind. Work a bit on my game and slowly plan the move up to PLO50. Mainly I will be playing PLO6 Card though around 2-3h each day on the Apps. Ofc I will see what kinda challenge I will get but if its gonna be the same 15k Points I wont try this time. Its a tough grind and even though 60 to 65% is awesome I think I can use my time better improving.

October is over, I finished the Challenge for 1.2k this Saturday, 1 day early. I caught a very nice upswing from Thursday to Saturday and turned the 80$ into 3.2k. Adding the Challenge it was over 4k in the end. Awesome month. Also I found the tables to be much better than I expected. Always thought Apps would be softer but not really sure that is the case. I played PLO5 and 6 Card mostly during the last few days and PLO50 and PLO100. Very aggressive ofc to make sure I reach the Challenge in time. So far there is no new Challenge available but I think during the day there will be. I don't really have a new Challenge in mind so this month I will be posting results and hands here but not really following a Bankroll Goal or anything else. Sadly my Holdem Manager doesn't track PLO5/6 Card so I don't have evBB or anything. I was wondering if I should buy PT4. On their website I didn't really find out if the track those Games properly. I would assume since it seems to be the latest tracking software that they will, maybe someone knows if it would work?

My Plan for November is clear the new Challenge, also play again on the Apps (6Card only) and try to work on my normal PLO4 Card game. I hope with good table selection I can maintain over 5evBB on PLO50 and PLO100.

I get several visits from friends back home so I hope I manage to clear the new Challenge. Considering my run at the end of the month I wouldn't be surprised if Stars gives a me a bigger one this time.

So to sum up the last month. Its save to say that my NL HE game isn't so great. I would probably have to do a lot of PIO work to get to NL50+ but since its so easily available to everybody out there I don't really see the point in focusing on that. Also I enjoy the different PLO games a lot more. I think the level of play is a lot lower compared to NL HE. I could be wrong but especially 5/6 card it seems like nobody at least on Midstakes found the holy grail yet. I like that about the games it's much more like in the old days where everyone tries their best on their own not just copying winning methods from solvers and training sites. Sure this development will set in sooner or later but for now it looks like a great opportunity to me.

So if anyone knows about PT4 tracking 5 and 6 Card PLO pls lmk.

Its time for a new update. Poker related nothing much happend. Zoomed 10k hands PLO25 and PLO50. The evBB is well over 10BB still so I guess thats going well. Found out about the leaderboards recently still no desire to join the NL ones. Probably would lose more than I could potentially win. But ofc I take part in the 10, 25, 50 and 100 PLO ones. So far I got 0 Bucks out of them, but it was the first day. Maybe I get lucky during the next few days. Then again last two days and today are the only days I have to grind a decent amount of hands this week.

My first visit was in Warsaw over the weekend and it was quite the spectacle. First 3 days it was normal. Some shopping, staying in cooking some nice Steaks watching some soccer games. Saturday we went out and found a nice bar called the Elephant. Belgian Bar and interesting selection of Beers but quite expensive for a polish bar and what struck me the most there was no music. I mean no music Saturday after 8pm in a bar. At least a little background sound makes a much better atmosphere imo. But whatever. Few steps out the door we found an italian restaurant w live music. Two polish guys playing guitar singing some Eric Clapton songs. But it was great. Also some nice cocktails and a bartender girl that was a mixture between hot and disgusting. Huge boobs, fake for sure, also prob some botox def had some work done nevertheless had some sexy quality about her. Favorite part of the stay was when she was mixing me a Tom Collins and knocked over 3 glasses with her boobs at the bar. You could tell she was a bit embarrassed but my friend and I had a blast over this. I mean its a nice decent restaurant still, not shot bar. So besides the music people are still dining, drinking wine and then Mrs Boobjob smashes a couple of drinks w her double D boobies. Hard to imagine this was a first for her but who knows.

Anyway. The crazy night was Sunday. First West Ham vs Liverpool in a nice british sportbars. My friend who's been living here for a few years now had family obligations the days prior but now he was taking us from bar to bar. Lots of shots and beers later the night ends in a Stripclub. Although could also be described as some kind of brothel Idk. Anyway nothing much was open and the girls were stunning so we decided whatever. Turns out its quite the hustle for them, guess they are forced from the owners to get people in the backroom for private dances and more.

My friend from here and me we declined the offer but my buddy from Germany, who was fresh out of rehab for coke and cannabis addiction btw, wanted to go into the backroom. So my polish friend lend him the money which was like a month rent in Poland. The girl said its like an all inclusive offer so naturally he thought he was gonna get a blowjob or some ****. 20 minutes in he comes out of the backroom while we sitting at the bar drinking beer talking, he smashes one of our beer bottles shouting in a weird german/english mixture what a ripoff that was. Apparently he just got a handjob or whatever. Few feet behind him there comes the Polish Bouncer/Bodyguard of some sort. Huge bold guy shouting at him, he wants to attack the guy 3 times bigger than him, when he lifted his shirt and pulled a gun on him right away. It was quite the scene. I was to shocked to react at all so was my other friend. Anyway I guess the purpose of the gun was to scare him and it worked. He ran out the guy right behind him, leaving us sitting there speechless. So we left also and my visitor was waiting in front of the place. Didnt catch a beating or anything but still it was a tense situation and only funny looking back now.

His train was supposed to leave for Germany at 4AM near my place. So we went back but ofc fell asleep drunk af and missed the train. Next morning classic hang over, train gone, all Zlotys spent, looking online for his fastest way home bc he was supposed to be back after the weekend to go into some other rehabilitation clinic of some sort. Afterall I am rly happy he wasnt on drugs anymore and just drinking bc this couldve turned out a lot crazier than it did considering the last few years of his life and some storys I witnessed first hand and was told about others. Def my craziest friend but he is a likeable guy afterall no doubt about it.

So this time no Poker just some short alcohol and hooker story I guess. Tomorrow 5 other friends of mine will arrive in the afternoon. So I gotta hit the tables now and do at least some work. Thank god tomorrow the group is 3 girls 2 guys so I am 99% sure there will be no hookers or armed bouncers involved this weekend but you never know.

Long time no post. But the new year is almost here and its time to define next years goals along w some challenges - Poker and non Poker related.

The first stop of my journey is over. I left Warsaw a few days b4 Xmas. Atm I am back in Germany for the holidays and will jump on a plane to Malta in Mid January. A bit over 2 weeks in a hotel while looking for a decent place, I hope that will be enough time. About my time in Warsaw I can say it is a nice city, but I would definitely advise you to not visit this city during winter. First time in my life I felt sth I can think might be some sort of a depression. It was always dark and grey from November on forward, no sun for weeks. Never thought this would fk w my mood so much but it did. Horrible experience for me but a good lesson, to not go to far North or East in the winter time. I read or heard somewhere the people who live in the darker places have the highest suicide rate, even though they are well development countries. I dont doubt that for one second after those few weeks. I couldnt imagine being in that mood for a couple of months. Still from April to early October its a really nice place. Pretty happy I am moving to a much sunnier place now. That being said my favorite time is just normal 20 degrees weather. At least when you have to grind its nice to not have beach weather every day. But I love it when u can take a nice walk along the shore w a nice summer breeze in your face.

Ok, let's talk 2022 goals!

As I mentioned earlier I play a lot of different formats, pretty much everything except for NL Holdem CG. Not so sure if Stars RB system will stay the same in 2022 but I doubt it will be lowered after they just changed it. So the plan is to pay expenses from on the Bonus Money and hopefully some CG Winnings. Hard to plan how its gonna go bc the games can change so much due to more regulations or other restrictions. Also when the Mixed Games I generally play usually run very infrequently. So if this is gonna work out or if will play more PLO formats on Apps instead Idk. Kinda like the idea of Stars w 65% and Game Integrity should be a lot higher as well. Not to mention the better software. But still, could be possible that the Cash Game plans change a couple of times during the year.

I do think however there are some things that can be much more predictable. MTTs probably gonna be good games and also Sngs on Stars w 65% can be fine too. I am not so sure if its worth it - 5/10$ Buy In Sngs 16 tableing - but I guess it will be. Probably 25$/h nothing huge but for smaller 2-3h Sessions and to maximize the hourly during MTT Sessions this should be a good idea. So thats one goal for the year.

Sngs on Stars: 10k Profit and probably around 15k Games will be needed. Not so sure but def Profit has to be over 10k$ by the end of the year. Including RB which can easily be calculated if RB systems stays as is. Games 5-10$ 18-180oD.
MTTs on Stars: since I dont really like these huge holdem fields on Stars and also feel that the variance exceeds most normal Bankrolls and even more importantly to not have many loosing months if any, I will almost exclusively play PLO MTTs on Stars. I will not set a goal for this bc it could interfere w the other plans but ofc the plan is to finish this in the Green.

MTTs on Unibet (30k€ Challenge):
This is gonna be one part of my MTT Challenge for 2022. I am trying to 20 X my Bankroll on Unibet playing only Tournaments. Since there is no SC or any other tracking I will work w BR screenshots to keep track. There will be no Cashouts til the end of December. Gonna be exciting to see if this can be done. Start Bankroll 1.5k€ - Goal is 30k€ b4 the year is over.

MTTs on Party:
same as Stars, I will not play many Holdem MTTs if any, but mostly bc there are probably better MTT sites, maybe GG or smaller ones like 888. So I will basically only play PLO MTTs as well since they have a few decent games during Euro-Evening hours. Goal: 15-20k$ profit based on Sharkscope Results. Since I will cash in and out I wont make this a challenge its more like an overall goal by what I think can be an attainable ROI over the year. I am not so sure how many Series they will run during the year so its hard to estimate if this number might be a bit low or not. But I guess 15k should be doable. PLO8 Games are great as well but I can be confusing certainly w several MTTs on other Sites open as well. So I probably wont play them much except if I bust PLO Hi early and have some room for them.

Apps: Same as Cash Games on Stars I dont know how much I am going to play on there and I am not fan of having to grind Cash Games I don't like.

There is also the possibility to play on ACR, 888 and ofc on GG. Maybe I will play PLO MTTs on GG but that depends mostly on how packed my shedule will be. I cant really see the Shedule on Uni atm so I dont really know how full it will be. ACR although great games usually is much too late for my EU-Shedule. I would assume 888 might even be the best bet. Probably not too many games around anymore but I remember between 2014 and 17 or sth I had a nice ROI on midstakes on there. They had a very nice shedule though tons of 50-100 player mtts w few regs. Guess that will be a much smaller offer now but as a fill in it can still be a good one. Just thinking back you could even play nice midstakes games in the early morning back w all the Australians and all. Good times.

In case people wonder why to set goals for a high variance format like Tournaments. Keep in mind this fields are on average 100 players, probably even less and its 10 to 11 months (depents on how fast I get the location changed on all sites).

For Cash Games I will probably think of some monthly or even a few weekly Challenges maybe when I need to clear a decent Bonus or sth. like in October. And also I am getting ready to start recording some Sessions as well, I which I will upload on Youtube during this year. Not so sure how ambitious these goals are actually. Considering Cash Games and RB I think my overall goal is to reach 100k€ for the year, but if its 80 instead I be just as happy since I can't really predict how good or bad I run, but since the Focus is on good Game Selection and MTT fields as small as they come, plus decent RB in place again on Stars I think I shouldn't set my goals much lower. Also I wonder how much money I will spend in Malta. I guess more than in Germany and certainly a lot more than in Poland. I hope that 30-35k€ is enough to live a decent life over there everything included but I will find out soon enough.

Ah and before I forget. I also put a non Poker related challenge in place that will actually be a tough one for me. Some might laugh at this, but starting January 1st no Alcohol for 100 Days. That is a break I haven't had for 20 some years I think. I enjoy beer a lot and combined w nice weather even more so this will be tough but I think its gonna push me to reach my goals, its good for my health and Ill probably end up living a bit on the cheaper side as well. I bet 1k€ on this to make sure I stick to it. If I can't and rather pay the 1k fine to drink a beer sooner I probably should get help anyway. Ok, thats it for today. From January on forward I will update a lot more frequently. Probaly 7-8 times a month no matter whether it is going well or not.

Good luck in 2022 man! Have you ever considered just focusing on one discipline, and getting really good at that first, or do you plan to be a master of all trades?

Actually I just get a bit bored doing the same thing all day long which usually leads to me thinking less about what I do in game and why. Mixing the games a little helps me with that - less autopilot. And I never had the aspiration to battle the best in any format.

Also I am not working on any Mixed Games since they barely run, I don't see the point in getting really good at those games and at higher stakes at least Online they are only played by the elite players anyway. Cant compete bankroll or skill wise either way. Even though they give me the most joy its not worth the effort at all. Sngs I always liked the 45/180s but w them its pretty much the same problem. They dried out more and more, now they only run in the 5 to 25$ BIs. Why put much work into low stakes Sngs. Pretty confident I will beat 5's and 10's for a long time w RB at least.

So the only thing I focus on becoming better is PLO4/5/6Cards, HU, 6max & Mtts. think this game has still a bright future and the many different formats w more cards or H/L add to the excitement. Also it is much further away at least in all its different forms from being solved. Atm I am working on PLO HU w this trainer software that has quizzes and all that. 100 Spots a day - then next day check what I did wrong and also put in some of my own hands if I played HU that day.


So far I ran like ****, down 1.2k$ for the year after 3 days of playing. I thought since this is kind of my diary here and PLO5/6 and Mixed Games aren't tracked I just do that here. To keep track of my results, swings, RB and all. At the end it won't be super accurate w the RB bc it comes not just from CG even though the majority of it does. Anyway lets hope things pick up soon. Games are great as usual. Like 3 Spots on each Table. Cant seem to win anything ahead so far this year. Tomorrow I will post some hands. Still consider these games to be very soft hence my Upswing in October from a couple of 100$ to over 4k b4 RB. Ofc it can swing both ways. Later today I play some more Heads up and put some hands in here. Since they are tracked it should be easy to do so after the session.

Prob bit player depended, I think I have the right blockers + range advantage to bet flop. Only had 15 hands he was 3 betting 66,7%. Low sample but prob 3bets a bit more than usual. Considering this not sure I have to stab most connected Flops w 3c 2-9. But I think so. Anyway when he checks the Turn I am not expecting a lot of 76. Not sure how many would bet AA here at all no less 3/4 of the pot. AA2x seems more likely. But other than that I don't think he has much else to bet this high so I am thinking there is enough bluffs in his range. Since I myself would check call AA & KK (which I block anyway).

On this hand I can tell how inexperienced I feel in a lot of spots. First of all 110 hands 25% 3bet. I dont know if I should just reraise directly on the flop here. I am pretty sure with his stacksize this is a decent option prob the best one. Even folding this shitty turn feels awful against a 25% 3bet player. When I just call flop in order to get it in on most turns and fold on a few I guess the ones I fold are A, Q, T and 3 w no Clubs.

Now this hand I am not even sure is a preflop call. Not sure I should semi bluff the turn but i guess I have to. Then w 2nd nuts vs the raise I am almost always beat. Still not to bet this river for value feels wrong too. Pretty sure I missplayed this hand as well.

In HU I got a lot to learn which is gonna take quite a while. In 6c PLO I still run like **** but the tables are awesome. Crazy variance though. Also it can be a bit tilting when all these fish cashing out every hand. All their flips all the MW spots too. They take so much money of the table all the time and it always somewhat feels like stars likes to give the win to the cashout player. This is ofc just BS fkn w my mind, but it certainly feels like it when you get it in 3-4 ways v 45% in this huge 400BB pots and never win while the cashout player always seems to pick up the money for the house and essentially looses money bc of his shitty equity in the first place. But whatever, I am sure things will pick up soon and nevertheless I should be happy about those guys not complaining. Anyway, start of this year is not so good. 11 days in, 1 week of grinding and down almost 3k now. Atm I am on 4.3k/15k from the 1.2k Bonus which will hopefully make up for some of the losses this month. I will be searching for a converter to post some other games which might be more interesting than HU. So long
