$80 - $10.000 - HUSNG (turbos and hypers)

Hi everybody!
I'm a 25 years old from Brazil who just want's to become a winning player!
First of all, i wanna sorry for my poor english!
I play poker for a long time but without any meaningful results. If you search for "gifs88" at sharkscope you'll see that I'm a micro winning player, but I have a very big problem with my self: I tilt to much, and always give up of my goals at poker because of it.
Now I'm trying to change this scenario and thats why I'm creating this thread!
My goal is to reach a $10.000 bankroll playing only HUSNG. For this ill start playing turbos ($2,20+0,16) at Black Chip Poker.
I know Poker Stars is the best place to play HUSNG, but I'm focusing not only at the money, but at my evolution as a player too. So I get the rakeback deal from HUSNG.com at BCP and will play there for 2 reasons:
1 - To get free content from HUSNG.com (I think it's +++++EV for my evolution)
2 - I don't have much time to make huge volume, so play at BCP it's fine for me
And just to begin with something consistent, here is my first micro session at the site:

Today i wont play anymore because my soccer team will play in a few hours and I wanna watch the match!
Between, if anybody want's to know my team is Cruzeiro: 1st place at National Championship this year! =P

First hand of SNG. I don't think I played it well!
Firt, the PF raise should be at least 3x, not a mini raise.
Second, I think the cbet its ok, but can be a little higher. Maybe 2/3 it's ok!

Hero was a very tight player. I think the call PF its good, but dont know if its better to 3bet! With this stacks sizes i think KQs do pretty well post flop, so maybe the call its +EV against this specifc vilan.
Post flop I think that I made a mistake. Most of time I'll have the best hand at this flop, even against a very tight player. The flop is very dry, so the call can induce him to double barrel with most of turns. But the 3bet is not that bad too.
