Starting a goal thread because i need something to keep me focused.

Plan is to play 5nl untill 170-200 dollars
10nl untill 400 or so dollars
25nl untill 1000 or so dollars

I have done it before on fullt although i had rakeback.

I can beat 5nl by 7 or 8 bb /110 hands(not too sure as old pc is whipped)
10nl by 5 bb/100
25nl by 5bb/100

Will hopefully be playing the odd tourny here or there on a few nights a week to try grab a big score.

Pokerstars 5nl 6max

No bonus as i deposited about a year ago and generally havnt bothered with pokerstars because i ran a bankroll up on full tilt.

No rakeback obvious.Silverstar and dont know much about the vip system so Il just take it as it comes.

Started back playing a few days ago so I'v alot of hands locked up and 65 isnt starting.My orginal bankroll was 40 dollars.

Played 2nl fr for a while then got bored and had 6 tables of 5nl 6max where iv been crushing since.Plus its more fun.

Havnt updated in 10 days.Had exams.They didnt go great and any poker I played around then didnt go well either.

Last i played my roll was 70 dollars.It has dipped to 38 dollars and gone back to 60 as of today.I was playing 9 tables of 5nl with 70 dollars roll and was running bad,was playing high variance and realised i needed to drop down.

Now playing 2nl full ring 24 tables.Crushing,as much as the variance is high im beatin it by so much where it doesnt matter.Going to play 2nl untill 100 dollars then multitable full ring 5nl ..I feel the best way to get rolled is to play full ring as i can play loads of tables easier than playing a few tables of tiny stakes where i start doing stupid things.


Wont play 6 max for a little while maybe not untill 25nl as i want to mass table and im not playing 6 max whil mass tabling.

Have played a mix of tournies and cash games over the last few days.

Doing quite well although i seem to play for hours and just be up 10 dollars but thats the way it is at 2nl.Cant wait to play playing 5nl 10nl and 25nl again and be winning decent money an hour.

Going to try and include alot more mtt's.Came 500th in a 5500 man tourny last night on stars.Its the first iv played in a few weeks.I had a decent record on full tilt .Its just a matter of me sitting in some nights and actually making an effort to sit down for a good 5 or 6 hours and go deep.Have been busy enough last week or that but hope to get as much volume in as possible.Heres my lifetime online winning for tournies

Not many hands to talk about really as all of them really play themselves at 2nl especially full ring but though id throw a few out there .









Had no info on him at all.Thought his donk bet on the flop meant a flush or straight draw.The river is so weird but think he is doing this more with a K, any missed flush draw or a straight draw like q10.






This one for the lullz.Misclick for life,since i misclicked pre i had to go on with the draw haha.










Prob should be shoving the river but was multitabling and thought it was too much at the time .He didnt call so feck it anyway

Didn't post yesterday as I played feck all and lost a small bit.Played 2k hands today.Won a good bit,Played a few tournies,was unsuccessful and reached my first stellar award so that made up for no cash in tournies. Played a few less tables while playing tourny and won.Moved to a bit of 6max for a change today too and won pretty good and threw a few 5nl tables in.

Will play mostly 5nl now that my roll has grown and im not running bad as much as I was last time i played 5nl.

He was a 45/23 fish although not over alot of hand.He could have any ace,77, ace with flush draw,56 hh, 47, a7 and rarely 44 and aa.Easy stack off,but the cnut gets lucky.





No info on any of them.Was not worried about the second guy as he was short and I crush his flat calling range.The first guy I know nothing about although by the time he 5bet shoves I am getting near 2-1 to call and Im flipping a lot of the time and the odd time at 2nl he can show up with a10+.Plus my hand is a monster AKs so for 1.7 - 1 i have to call.





Should have bet more on the flop.But i check back the turn because its a dirty board and i want to controll the pot so i can snap off if he bets river.His stats show he isnt that spewey so i didnt think i could get 3 streets of value without getting played back at or set mined.As he checks the river I know i can bet and get called by any ten and jj etc. I should probably bet more on the river but i thought the less i bet the more the weaker hands call me.

Criticise if you want,would actually like to hear opinion.Alot of people would bet bet bet and i am not sure if i should have here.

Thought about rasining villain on flop but he had a very low agression factor and thought that he had to have hit something so decided to go small ball.









Good session so not much to explain besides the fact I play decent and ran very good.

Have not updated in a week.Havnt played too much but bankroll looking healthier.Love the weekends and generally make a good bit of money on friday and sat nights.

Bankroll went from 113 to 125 back to 80 and back up to 100 when i bought the 25 dollar bonus for 2500 fpps.

Played a bit last night and won 4 buyins .Have been generally bad in tournys.Down about 40 dollars up till today on them since the challenge started.Play alot of 3.5$ 12 and 18 men sit and goes .Won a 18 man today and second in a 12 man for a decent profit.

Firstly ... you need to get rid of that avatar ... your bound to run bad with that showing

$25 for 2500 fpp's ? .. would it not be a better option to use those fpp's and play the 235 fpp's sats to the 100k ?

Ive only played in two and cash in one for $T11 and used that to play 3 $3.50 50/50s and got back over $14.

Yeh i read that on another goal thread.Sounds a better idea.But at the time I wanted the cash.Wont be doing it again though as the sat's seem more profitable.

That was a while ago but I think we had some history (3bet light alot and cbet)

I obviously thought that i could float him and when he checked i thought I had him.But as it turned out he had me.

It was just one of those situations where we played together for a good while and thought i could outplay him but as you say i should probably do it on the flop.

Just played a satelitte into the sunday storm and think il play it.Really looks a bad idea now to have spent them fpps on that bonus as the turbo 20 man sat's handing out 6 tickets look very juicy.

Jesus.Its been a while since i updated here.Since I last updated my roll went downa good bit and I think its time to move on with this challenge again.

I had a lot of **** to do with college.then i withdrew money to spend on myself because i wanted to head out a few nights.Terrible idea.roll went down to 20 dollars at one point.Im back at 178 now.


Currently 4 tabling 10nl 6max.Reasons are that i can beat but im not going to multitable anymore than 4 as it reduces my edge significantly and i go on mad swings .That isnt good for a weak bankroll.

Will update as much as possible.
Got a job for christmas so withdrawing wont be a problem. Aim is to be playing 25nl before christmas ...450-500 bankroll
