I would tell my parents some things I should not now at that time and there is no way I could have known about them / their business / the family but learnt since. As many as necessary to convince at least one of them.
I can also "predict" them the score of our favorite soccer team match which took place about 40 hours before 9/11. It was a very suprising result, I know scorers name and approximate time of the goals as well.
Once they're convinced, I use them to call the CIA.
We tell the operator we know about a terrorist attack on U.S soil in the next hours and that we have many details about it and that they should be able to stop it if he/she takes us seriously in the next seconds.
We ask the operator to transfer the call to the unit dedicated to Bin Laden, telling him/her we know it's also named "Alec Station" after the son of his director or "Mansion Family".
It should take him/her a couple of seconds/minutes to verify the information and given how specific/private this is and how paranoid the guys in that unit were, I'm pretty sure they would take the call.
Then telling them all the details I know about the attack which should be enough more than 24 hours before the planes took off to prevent the attack. More than enough time for Jack Bauer to do it by himself.
