first week of scoop hasnt been great for me. have cashed a bunch of the events with a lot of deep runs, but running really poorly in high equity spots. lost kk v 66 for massive cl 14 left in the 82 pko scoop. and a few other sad runouts. down a lot in higher buyins, but have shipped a triple crown on the euro sites to help keep afloat some (22 6m turbo powerfest, breeze, top50) as well as a few small turbo wins. so if it werent for the medium games, id probably be down 2x as much as i am

huge day tomorrow. stuck 1 tabling the saturday late KO, so hopefully i can claim back some of todays losses before heading to bed for an early start

Asking me at the table if I cleared make-up single-tabling - which I did today - and I answered "yes, exactly. In the S10M", and he congrats, since his obv needle absolutely failed.
Then he needles me again when I bust, telling me to "get help" after angry Chat to someone else.

Much of a man you have to be, to try needling a guy you think should get help, not just once - when you failed - but twice.

ended up not firing scoop very big, but still went poorly. was conservative with weekday 2ks, sold a lot to the 2ks and 10k, managed to win at 9evbb in games 500+ during may, but got totally wrecked. thankfully the grind has been solid, swaps have treated me decent, and im conservative with what i invest in tournaments 500+. years looking pretty good despite this:

games have been good online. skipping early wsop, esp the colossus crap, and just going to grind online while enjoying a few days a week in SD. summer is way too nice to be in vegas imo

and yeah i'm on a 150k downer on sundays and stuck infi in those bigger games as well. but we both ran pretty hot at points i think, you in the 1k's and me in the 162's and 215's and stuff. so ******. i'm sure the overall graph will be super sexy by the end of the year.

solid sunday but couldve been so much better. won a 6m 50 on winamax and took 3rd in a 50 on .fr with 7k euros up top. lost ak v kj in the .fr to have a huge cl going into HU. took around 20th in party HR for a huge stack as well, as well as another deep run in the sunday million. ended up 1 tabling 162bb but took 6th at a table of all recs at the end of a 19.5 hr session

made a couple of day2s today with great stacks, so hoping to add to the profits.

looking at the vegas schedule now, and will undoubtedly be making my weekday debut soon. however ill still travel back to mexico for sundays as theyre way too good for me to be passing up as well as lower variance than playing live

people have been messaging me and asking how to cope with a HS downer like that. its of course really awful for my overall graph, but when swapping with other good players and selling some, it doesnt hurt nearly as bad. i know i beat HSMTTs, there are just a lot of swings involved when youre dealing with big buyins and larger fields. like i said from the beginning, my aim is to really try to grind midstakes and create myself a good buffer. there's a lot of free money out there, and it is my aim to snatch up as much as i can.
