As you can see in my graph my reline has been very good since ~4k hands, mainly because I upped my turn aggression.

Overall I'm quite happy with my progress. I feel my game has improved in the last week, and I haven't tilted too much

Now that I see you've broken 10k hands played... Like the improvement in Agg%, flop CB and turn CB along with the increase in button play. From your VPIP/PFR I think you're playing too many hands from the early positions. Your MP positions should definitely have a higher VPIP/PFR than early pos. Your ranges should gradually widen each position up to the button from UTG.

If I had to guess the range I use in %...

UTG - 4.5%
UTG+1 - 6%
UTG+2 - 8%
MP - 10%
MP+1 - 12.5%

I basically play any PP and AK/AQ from UTG, maybe I should be folding small PP's but I think I am still profiting from small PP's UTG.

Finally someone who posted a goal that isen't over the top ridiculous. GL op. Hope you can move up soon because I doubt you can get there even w/ rakeback at 25NL.

Only played 140 hands todays, profit of $15.74.

I played in the pokerstars UK+Ireland 150k freeroll and cashed in 296th for $100 so that was nice. I've never deposited there and now have $150 in my stars account.

Don't think I will get to play much tommorrow either as I'm travelling. Looking forward to a big June though.

I can't find that hand, there should be a time on the quotes. I'm sure I had a good reason for the small raise. Was it a 4bet pre flop maybe?

Yeah, it was a 4bet pre with aces. If your going to min 4bet to look weak, you may as well flat and lead the flop. Then again I'm not a cash player. GL sir.

Ah yes, I wanted to flat it but there were two guys behind me and I didn't want a 4way pot with Aces, so I put in the small re raise. I usually make small 4bets, I'm getting 20 per cent of my stack in pre flop so they dont have much implied odds on the call even though they feel they have to call because its such a small raise.

Played 1511 hands today, was very swingy, was up $50 at one point then down $30 within ~150 hands, ended down $13.09.

Worst day of the challenge so far, lost $57.99, played bad and ran bad. Almost back to even for the week now. I think my aggression has gone way too high. Its at 5.5 for the last 7k hands.

Do try to put in more volume, should not be too tough since you're playing FR and are folding most of the time preflop.

Post your stats again, you probably over adjusted.

Immediately I see your turn CB at 50%. That's too high. Around 40% is a good mark. Don't just go barreling. If the turn card is a blank and you have nothing, don't fire unless the player is one of those floaters that give up the turn. Try to CB either made hands or on cards that change the dynamics of a hand. If the flop was J-high and the turn is an A, fire it because they probably have the J and will let go if they don't have an A most the time. Just think about why you're betting, if you don't have a reason it might not be a good idea.
