Not sure tbh, this year my ratio of VPP earnt was probably around 45:45:10 hypers:zoom/cash:mtt/cap/other, next year I will likely/hopefully play MTTs on Sundays, some sngs/hypers as well as cash? It's good to focus/specialise on one thing, but being sorta flexible/versatile has advantages too.

That chart says you lost 28000 dollars though. Is the profit entirely from rakeback?

I am watching some of the 200 dollar hypers and just in five minutes I have seen about four huge mistakes made. They look pretty juicy. I think if you're a really good heads up player that you can totally crush those things. 5 percent roi doesn't seem totally unreasonable.

For example three handed a guy just called an all-in when he had 900 in chips and blinds at 100 with K9 suited. That's a pretty bad call in that context.

On phone but ill reply to everyone else later, answer is yea all profit is from rakeback. They are beatable if you game select but keep in mind I averaged 20+ tables at once playing continuous (so will have a few heads up, bubbles, etc all at once) and didn't game select at all. Especially before Christmas games were really tough and many games had 6 regs, and almost all had 5..
Also im not a hyper specialist so my game is far from top regs. I had to rely on my 'general poker' skills to survive lol. Anyway 5% is basically impossible unless you game select and play 2+ whale games only, and few tables. Games around the time you posted are usually quite soft, especially the last few days around the holiday period although traffic is quite low.
Being a good HU reg isn't that much of an advantage because you HAVE to know icm how to play 3,4,5 and 6 handed well

Good job man. Sorry to come across like a jerk. It is pretty encouraging what you have done here. The general number of what making super nova elite is worth is on their website. After all is said and done did you net at least 50k? Is that in the ballpark?

I have played them and that is how I know that they look pretty good. Before Black Friday I was crushing the satellites. When they added so many of them it was like a dream come true for me.

I never got to live the dream of that. The range of buy-ins they have now is amazing. I am missing out on thousands of dollars.


I'm seriously considering moving to Mexico. I am half way to the amount of money I need saved up to do it.
