All in preflop with AK just seems so bad to me..not even a single pair for 100bb and a lot of times your crushed by AA KK and the other times your coin flipping for your whole stack. AKs is ok but AKo just not a winning play.

There are obviously times where it is profitable such as against fish who will get it in with AJ AQ or less. I am just talking overall against people that aren't oblivious to how range's narrow considerably in 4bet and 5bet all in pots.

Look at some of those positions you are stacking off with QQ vs the KK's and maybe start flatting vs some regs. There are lots of advantages to flatting QQ pre otb vs mp or flatting their 3bets like the BB vs MP...and it will likely reduce your swings.

i've tried, sometimes works, sometimes not..

Can't imagine anyone being a winning player with 41 wwsf. I know I sit at 48-52, and the lowest I see winners at is like 46% or so. Obviously you're running terrible, which probably makes a super high WWSF impossible being so dead post, but it should still be higher, and you should probably bluff more and call more. It'd be easier if we knew your WTSD/W$SD, as that would give us a fuller picture.

If your WTSD/W$SD are like 28/47, that would indicate you call too much. But since you're not going to win if you fold, that wouldn't improve your W$SD, which means you'd need to bluff more post. If your WTSD/W$SD are like 23/51, that would mean you're probably not calling enough hands, and should look to call a few more smaller pots on the river, which would improve your WWSF, thus you'd probably still need to bluff a bit more, but significantly less than the first example would require.

Obviously winning money is the goal, not ideal stats, but certain stats can give you a real solid insight into someones game, and I think WTSD/WWSF/W$SD are some of the most telling. Definitely don't think just randomly doing this stuff is going to improve anyones game, but spending some time going over villains river hand ranges/what % of that range folds river, would probably be very useful, as there's a lot of river spots where a bet that has to work 41% of the time is working 60+% of the time, but the standard super multi tabling reg just say "I have showdown value, I'll go with a check/lose line."
