Took a full day off yesterday to refresh. Finished up getting through my sickness and mentally rebooted. The grind of this bet, getting sick, then some nasty days at work were leaving me exhausted. A nice dinner, movie, and time with friends was a good way to reset myself. Now im ready to grind my way to this prop victory.

Had a nice morning session today for +302 in 2 hours. Its always nice when you flop the nuts and induce a player to shove into you within the first 10 minutes of the poker room being openned. Started off very well, up about 140 in the first 5 hands. Cruised up from there in easy standard spots that all held/went my way. Day ended with a storm coming in, knocking out the tv's power and then my first flopped set lost on obviously bad turn. Decided to call that a sign to run. Mostly, it was the fact my table got all super short since I stacked the last deep fish.

Days completed: 23
Hours played: 79.5
Total profit: 2418

Project **** my life has begun. Now in the game for 500 with 175 in front after getting run down in some standard ways then lastly this beauty:
Preflop: Ep makes it 7, mp calls, I raise from co to 30 with AA, ep folds and mp calls.
Mp is super bad. Seen her play many times. She plays her cards basically face up and is terrible.
Effective stacks are 200.
Flop (~70) J66 rainbow. She checks, I bet 35 and she calls after looking a little hesitant.
Turn (~140) is Q. I put on super weak hand and want to string her along so I bet 45 and she calls.
River (230) is 4. She checks and I shove for her last ~100. She snaps and flips over pocket 4s.

Ummm yeah. So im now camped out on her left and shes got about 600 in front of her. I cant leave until I see where they go.

Session ended with me being down 397 after 4.5 hours. I got slowrolled by a guy with 72o after I pf raised with jj and we got it in on a 973 flop. Turn and river were deuces and he did the classic "you got it" slowroll. Said eff it and called it a night.

Been fighting bronchitis the last couple days. Feel like crap but need a strong finish in order to win this thing. Time for a morning grind.

5.5 hour session this morning was boring and resulted in a $69 profit. No major hands except one triple barrel bluff when iso'd against the typical older guy who was obviously chasing a draw to crack my big hand.

are you quitting as soon as you hit the $3300, or do you have to play the full allotment of sessions?

No session requirements so I'm snap racking up once I hit the 3300 mark. I will just go to a 2/5 game if I want to continue playing.

Due to the holiday I'll be working Monday night, and off Tuesday/Wednesday from work. I'll be traveling to south florida on my days off and hopefully get the remaining amount before coming back as to avoid a last second sprint. Here are the updated totals heading into the final couple of days:

Days completed: 28
Hours played: 95.5
Total profit: 2557

The last week and half have been crummy due to sickness and it really sucked to miss out on a lot of play time. I'm certainly going to fall short on the number of hours I estimated I'd have to put in (~165) to safely win this bet which I dislike. Hopefully I can run well the next couple of sessions and end up on the good side of variance to get above the mark. With only needing 750 more, anything can happen in such a short time span

For some reason a post did not save yesterday. I had a 4.5 hour session yestetday morning resulting in a loss of $84. Great table where the two huge pots didnt go my way, but chipping up thru small ball went well. One hand was a 3 way all in with kk vs qq where a player with 99 came along to gamble and flop came 9 high . Other big hand flop was 896 and I had 89 out of bb after a $7 pf raise that went 6 ways to flop. Pf raiser shoved and other guy calls, I reshove, 2nd villian calls and turn is a 7 and villian 2 flips over 1010
Nothing too out of the ordinary and woulda been a great session if one or both of those pots (both were ~400) went my way.
Currently im in south florida. Just got in to coconut creek around 4am after the near 4.5 hour drive. Walked into a juicy game and a 1200 high hand for the taking on the board. Bink one time!

2.5 hour session and cashed out +176. Once the huge high hand hit, the room was completely clearing out so I bounced for a dennys break. Yum

Definitely a sprint to the finish. Thanks for the shout out.

I just had a -77 session after 2 more hours at coconut creek. Table was mostly guys with 500+ from overnight and action was great up until a little before I left. A table where you waited for a big hand then easily got it all if u wanted. Unfortunately I never got those big hands. KK once and had to fold to an ace high flop with a donk bet and raise. Also a set that got flushed away.

It happens and im happy to be only down so little with how easily it couldve been worse.

Now im sitting down at the isle hoping to find a good game. I needed a change of scenery and new table. Plus the isles closer to my hotel that I need to check into soon. Im in need of a power nap before having a long night session

Super uneventful session at the isle lasting 4 hours and netting a loss of $144. Sat card dead on a passive table full of calling stations. Tptk was the nuts for decent size stacks. Only hand of note was when I hit quad queens after iso ing a short stacks all in pre. Unfortunately the $500 high hand promo ended just before I got it. Otherwise that 500 bink woulda been sick. Oh well.

Back at the hotel to rest for a bit after leaving the Isle. On my way out after my last update, they were doing an end of night raffle for $500. And bink-o-rama. I did have a share with my friend where he gets $150 of it, but a nice $350 addition will certainly help make up for that ****ty losing session and puts a huge dent in getting closer to the end goal. I was going to go straight to Hard Rock after the Isle to grind out a win on the night. However, now I'm going to do what I'd prefer; grabbing a bite to eat, then napping before a long grind tomorrow. Check out is 11am so avoiding playing too late into the night will make tomorrow more enjoyable. Updated totals:

Days completed: 30
Hours played: 111
Total profit: 2992

Why are you adding raffle winnings to your goal? Seems a little silly.

Edit: nvm reread OP, i guess this is for a bet and not personal tracking.

7.5 hour session at the isle ended in +141. Unfortunately the room closed and I have to start the long drive back to jax. Under $200 to go!

Have been giving this thread and the stated goal a lot of thought lately. It's pretty impressive that you are this close.

Even if you lost $1000 in your next 3 sessions and wound up at 33/120/$2000, that'd be pretty solid.

So congrats already, even though you aren't there yet.

Thank you. And thank you to all of you wishing me well. Some of you I have followed for some time so its nice to know ive been able to reciprocate some entertainment value.

Going into day 33 tomorrow I need 184. Just one decent session away, I couldnt ask to be in a much better spot considering i didnt wrap it up prior to the last day. I plan on starting at bestbet when they open at 10am. I work at 8pm so ill have 8 to 9 hours to get my stack built up.
