hawful start after my week off. I played like a ****** + ran bad on a 1/2 table and lost a bunch! on the 2/5 I played good and I was realy focus but things did not go my way and I ran verry bad. its very frustrating when you grind out your opponents a little by little but you always loose and get own in the big pot!

very bad session again I missed most of the flops. when I had hands I was getting playback at and I had to fold. I also got unlucky twice when I flopped top pair on super dry board and decided to go in the telephone mode. check call flop turn riv and both time they hit the river grrrrr. didn't win or loose any big pots, I just kept loosing pots after pots. im def not playing my A game but im not playing bad at all. I would say im playing my B+ game with A+ being the best and D being the worst.

I play mostly online at the 100nl 6max tables and I am planning to play a lot of live poker this summer. I've put some live sessions to warm up for the summer and I've come to the conclusion to: play staight forward as possible even against "good regs" since I get some Ah call downs and some check/jams with bottom pair for 4 buy ins vs double barrel in a single raised pot. So I have to switch from beeing tricky and unpredictable to beeing the opposite. So ...

Do you have some idea of your stats? Like vpip/pfr and some openning ranges from late position and soem isolation ranges?

I don't have any hand chart or specific ranges for any position... it all depends on your table, your opponents, table dynamic and also a very important thing is your table image. if you been winning or loosing the past 1-2 hour it will also affect how people will play against you.

my early position range is pretty much always the same in a 9 or 10 handed game. I open 66+, KQs, AJ+... in some very passive game when no 1 is raising I sometimes limp in 22-66 and some suited aces... my mid and late position ranges always depends on my opponents and all the thing I mentioned earlier. from what I see I think im playing tighter preflop then most of my winning live poker friends but I value bet more then them in a lot more spot post flop.

very good session today. its a nice feeling to put winning numbers on the board after a 4-5k downswing.

another ****ty day... I was able to chip up very quick to 750 790 by winning a few small pots. then this hand came up utg limps utg+1 makes it 11$ 2calls I make it 55$ with AK BTN makes it 100$ with 390 behind every one fold I jam he tank called with QQ and I didn't hit. then I lost every hand I played, I had jacks 4 times and lost them all, also lost with aces when I folded to a raise in a 5way flop Q98cc. I was stuck like 600-700 when this hand came up. player open to 25 I flat in pos with AQhh we go to the flop HU and we got it in on a 1073hh flop. he had JJ and I hit a 5h on the turn. later I got it in vs a short stack with 99 vs 85cc on a 8 high flop 2 clubs and I won the flip. I was now back in profit but for the next 2hours I just lost every hand...

very good result but I did not play great yesterday and today. I made a few mistake here and there postflop in a few hands. I got very lucky yesterday I got it in 3way on the flop with a set vs higher set vs 2pair and I hit quads on the river. today was a real grind I was in for 1k and I would chip up to 900 950 then loose to 700 back and forth like 4-5 times. then I won a nice pot when I 4bet jammed the flop with a flush draw on a
Ah8h5s board and the reg folded. few hands later I had AK and got called down
on a KQ2hhAs5s board and I left a few orbit after that.


HH: villain is a fish that I played with a few times, he is very friendly and smarter then most fish. hes bad, loose and more aggressive then a regular fish. he views me as a aggressive player that like to bet and raise... he has 225 in front of him. I open to 20$ with AK and villain flats in pos

flop KJ3 rainbow I bet 25$ and he calls

turn: 4 i think is calling range on that flop is pretty wide: any pair, any str8 draw and maybe some Ahigh. i decided to check the turn because if i bet hes just going to fold so often as i look pretty strong. also by checking im forcing him to bet any hand to protect himself and i also expect him to take at least 1 stab with is Ahigh, draws, bluff... hes a bit short to so i don't need to bet the turn myself to get all the money in. he fires 40$ with 130 behind and i decided to call and donk jam the river.

river: J i jam and he thank for a while and called. he told me he called me with 63 because he was putting me on AQ or something like that

In the AK hand why do you think donkjam river is better than just checkraising the turn? I prefer checkraising. You get value from his weaker made hands and draws, whereas when you call turn donkjam river, on bad rivers you let him get away with his 1pair type hands and some of his draws will get there. You don't allow him to bluff when he has a bluff himself and when he has Jx you are value towning yourself

if I chek jam turn hes going to fold everything beside k10+ and might even fold k10 or better. he wont even call with is draws unless he has like Qs10s... yes he will draw out on me sometimes but he has way more pair hands and made hands is is range then str8 draws. by check calling and jamming river I can get 1 more street of value from all 22 3x 4x 55 66 77 88 99 1010 jx(if river isn't a J) kx... i think check call>bet turn>check raise

when I arrived to the poker room only 1 2/5 table was running and it wasn't a good table. they were opening a 5/5 at the same time so I jumped in. the game was ok/good but a few guys left and it was getting bad. 3 winning reg on the table 2 shortstack with like 150 250$ and some super rock so I left. I will go play again tonight
