Not a massive challenge, but in 4 weeks I'm going on a trip to london just before I go back to uni, so I wanna make some dolla to spend. As much as I hate the idea of having a $ target, especially over such a short time period, it will probably be good for me to practice not tilting over such a thing anyway.

The real challenge in this is that I'm going to cap myself to 4 tables (maybe every now and then I will let myself 6 table) so the volume I need to ensure I hit this goal is going to be difficult to manage. I am also going to be working on my game away from the tables during this time, spending time on DC videos + reviewing my own sessions in detail. I will perhaps record videos of afew sessions for me to go back and watch as well.

Assuming a win rate of 5bb/100 at 10NL 4 tabling it's an hourly rate of $2.00.
This would work out at 50 hours/week to hit my goal. However with rakeback included this can obviously be reduced a little. No idea if I can maintain 5bb/100, I think 4 tabling it should be doable for me. Also if I have a long breakeven/losing run then my chances are going to be significantly harmed. I might add in some 16NL tables once my roll is abit more padded.

I'll post results + a summary for each day once I decide to stop playing.

Not great but I also got pretty unlucky. The AJs hand was a maniac russian that I auto pilot 3bet then realised I could just never 3bet fold vs his insta 4bet range. (2/2 4bets, 3bet was like 25% and he had played like 70% of hands)

Done for the day now. I'll watch a video later and take afew notes probably but im not gonna analyse todays session.

2 days in I am on target and I've only put in a v small amount of volume compared to what I had hoped (still getting stuff sorted after moving in). Tomorrow I am at an event with friends all day so I probably won't get any hands in but come Monday I wanna really commit and try to get at least 5 hours a day in. I will probably 6 table abit more often as well.

you considered using some FPPs for satellites and then sell $T?

For the first hand where you had aces you should be betting bigger on flop and turn. Instead of half-pot you should be betting around 3/4 pot.

For the second hand where you had aces; imo you played it perfectly until the river. you should be either check-calling or check-folding that river depending on villains bet size.

Ok had my day of fun yesterday, gotta start putting in some volume now. Hopefully today goes well.

I could stop playing for the rest of the day and still be on target for 4 days with only 1 days worth of time played ;p On the flip side, I should be focusing on how much I'm missing out on by not playing enough. Also I have been surprised by how soft daytime hours are, although that could largely be due to the fact I think I can play vs many regs profitably at 10NL.
