Just call turn, decide to call or fold river based on stats and previous encounters.

Just check it down to the end if you ask me. There is an A and a Q on the board and considering he called your 3bet pre from UTG he probably has Ax or some suited broadway.

But dont take my word as gospel ofc, especially if you know someone really good.

I would just call turn, but raising is ok if you spotted villain double barreling and giving up on river often. Why not raise shove river? Villain only wins with better flush which he hasnt got almost always.

I like hand #2, but why no raise preflop? Your hand is good and you have position vs both the limper and blinds.

Sorry for spam btw, but its hard memorising 4 hands completely, analyse them and stand in public transport.

it's the kind of hand I want see a flop with. If blinds isolate i can call with position and have many options. my range is basically wide open after i called a limp there.

What spam? I'm happy anyone even reads this Seriously I appreciate any comments. this thread is my only connection to other poker players.

I'm not sure if you should be even playing 45s against fairly unknown UTG raise.
Is this a starting hand you play a lot vs. UTG raise or were you mixing it up a bit here?

I have been studying poker lately and I will normally start a PG&c thread within a couple of weeks where I start from 2NL too!
Anyways, gl with your grind

My 3bet range BTNvsUTG is about 50/50 value/bluff. I bluff with some suited aces some SCs and some KJs,KQs

From what I learned about the game so far you want to have a balanced range here to protect yourself from being exploited preflop so I chose some bluffing combos that can hit the board hard and that play well in position

Ok, this explanation definitely make a lot of sense.
Are there nowadays lots of players who actually pay good attention at 2NL?
I'd think your 3bet range should be more value than bluff at these very low limits. Or am I wrong here?
