Lol

Anyway... so a well known pro took pity on me and my thread and coached me, (as he saw potential yet saw massive issues with tilt/spew etc...)

I started off playing new discipline at 2NL. Will move to 5NL using proper BRM. Wish me luck this time.

The pro wishes to remain anonymous.

And by position:

We'll just have to see what happens. I'll let the stats and time do the talking. Stay tuned folks, there's a new crusher in town. I will CRUSH you, your family and your dog!!

Well, I would bet the turn 80% of the time, just this particular villain was also bluff happy on the river, so I induced the bluff, even though it wasn't a bluff and turned out to be a set value bet.

Thanks for your input Harv, you always give so much insight to every post you make.

Loch-Ness Monster Graph (lol):

Yeah, had pretty bad "run bad" today. I even miss-read a board due to the sunlight hitting my screen and didn't see the flush, when I had "the nut straight".... -200bbs straight away.

On the wrong end of flush over flush, set over set, that was the kind of day I had today. I wasn't tilted, I wasn't even spewing, I just played my normal game up the limits till I stacked a 100NL reg, who 3 bets AA from the SB, I call on the button and set mine his ass with Tens.

So you started the day playing 5nl and finished the session setmining 3bet pots on 100nl?

Size with the 4bet is way way way too big. $11 achieves the same fold equity without committing yourself as largely.

Yeah, Harv, you're right about the 4bet bet sizing, should have gone a bit smaller.... so ya, advice taken on board thanks. Although I always 3bet/4bet bigger OOP, make it too expensive to play their suited connectors in position.

I only raised the flop to rep the set because it would be too expensive to raise the turn on a bluff and didn't feel like I wanted to make an expensive bluff taking shots at 50NL.

          Thanks.

Felt he was lining up to rebluff my flop check raise with a reraise, so figured a call, then insta POP turn in his face..... meant it took the rebluff away from him, seeing as he'd need to bluff his entire stack.

This is advanced deep stack bluffing, not for beginner bluffers.
