background: ... a few weeks ago i went busto running bad/tilting and playing too high both cash and sng wise... lost my mind for a second and lost $220 over a few weeks in late may to early june.. took about 3-4weeks off and went back to my freeroll journey, had 20fpp and won $3.50, grinded 25cent tournies to $15 and im up to $28 with $10 stellar bonus plus 2nl winnings

goals for july: (3weeks left basically)

- 40-50k hands
- stick to my buy in rule
- dont add more than 10 tables
- make $72

p.s i play full ring and and currently playing 60bb stack(1.20)

up to $32.50 now... only thing im loving is that even when i run bad im still not down more than 1 buy in at 2nl, games are soft but ehh i hate every other session im breakeven or slight loser then my next im winning ehh, alil discouraging

btw how do you guys workout bb/100 again?

it's in HM.

bb/100 or BB/100.

$32.5 at 2nl is 1625bb or 813BB.
Just divide by # hands to figure out BB/100.
If you've played 30k hands that is 1625/300 or 5bb/100 or 2.5BB/100.

^^ that is so confusing hahah... just tell me the bb/100 that ptr and poker tracker/hem calculates and gives you and what most of use and discuss.. dont tell me 3 different things that nobody cares about... how do u calculate it?

current br= $35, had a $8 winning session in 2k hands after running badly ... the only good thing is im silver star from when i played 5nl and higher so im clearing that $10 bonus quicker than most 2nl ppl woot....

new goals for the last 3weeks of my month:

- max 12tables
- 4k hands per day (28k hands a week, 84k hands left for the month)
- start playing 100bb stack 2nl at $50
- clear 3 $10 bonus
- make 100-120 in the next 3weeks

i hope all in all this teaches me discipline and that i never tilt off my roll due to experiencing bad variance as i now have to start from scratch again

back to $31 after my first 2k hand session, gearing up for my 2nd 2k hand session for the day now, hopefully fish ship their money to me and i dont get coolered 7x in a row like the first session ehh

down to $25... got stacked maybe 15x or more in this last session over 2k hands.. i think my little roll is gona be done if this variance keeps up... lost with qq all in pre like 7x, kk 2x, trip jacks once runner runner beating me, tptk vs flush draw and of course their flush draws always come on me today... gona go buy some smokes for later, workout and come back....

current bankroll $42.80

was down to $22 last night, but played some 1.20 and 25cent sng's and won money like i always do in sng's but they are boring so i dont play them unless i need the $...

changing to 40bb strategy for 2nl now on 15tables hoping this strategy suits me more and i dont lose consistently like i have been doing

i see nobody following me hahha but ill use this like a blog/twitter... playing 80bb stack now on 20tables at 2nl( 1.60) ... finally winning consistently.. playing 7k hands per day everyday until the end of this month then i will evaluate if i should even move up or add the 4 tables and try to improve winrate at the same time or whatever....

bankroll: $48.18.. and $10 bonus 81% cleared

i know noobdy cares about this hahah but this is my journal... currently have $70 in my roll and 9 more days left... my computer was down for 4days due to a power surge messing up my network card ehh... 2nl is such a grind at times grr...
