Hey mate,
Highest I played on Zoom was only 50nl, don't recall winrate but know it was around even over a smallish sample. Small winner at 25z. I haven't played on Stars in about 2+ years though.
And everyone who likes money should follow me to Pokermaster!

Daily Update - 2 Jan 2019
So I had my final meal tonight at 6:15pm, some burger/sandwich thing from Hooters. I went home, downed about 3 tablespoons of baking soda, and had a bath with some salt. I weighed in at 94.99kg, tried doing skinfold stuff with calipers but was getting quite different results each time and so decided not to do em. Still waiting for my digital calipers to arrive. I did measure waistline which came in at 99cm though so hopefully this combined with weight and before/after pics will give some sort of idea as to the changes I'm about to undergo.
I have 3 days of no food and no water. This is a hard dry fast which means no water contact whatsoever, i.e. no showers, no brushing teeth (although a bit of a teeth clean would probably be fine tbh). The idea behind this 3 day fast is to promote a bodily process known as autophagy which is basically the clean up of damaged cells. It's basically a defrag for your body, proteins and even DNA molecules that are damaged get repaired. After a day or two, I'll be in a state of ketosis and will start burning fat. The fat cells contain water and when they're broken down my body will essentially hydrate itself using fat. There's a myriad of heath benefits to dry fasting and I think it's the perfect way to kick off a routine geared towards fat loss.
The next 3 days are going to be hell, mostly because of the caffeine withdrawals. If you drink coffee every day and then go cold turkey, you can expect some maaad headaches. And, well, I've been drinking 5+ cans of coke, a couple redbulls everyday + 1-2 coffees for pretty much all of December. So what to expect: first, headaches - probably will have a headache for most of the next 3 days. Second will obviously be hunger and cravings. The hunger will be bearable, it usually comes and goes in waves, but still isn't pleasant. Then we'll likely get some heart palpitations at some point. Your heart will be in overdrive as your body is trying to kick toxins, can often feel like you're about to have a heart attack while fasting. Other symptoms might include pain in the kidney, some people think they can actually feel their kidneys going to work on the toxins during these fasts. Next will be dry mouth. This is one of the hardest things to deal with. When you want so desperately just to have a single drop of water, but you can't. Dry mouth affects people differently on dry fasts so hopefully I don't get it too bad. I might also get a bout of painful piss. You literally piss out sediments when doing dry fasts and this can cause urethral pain/burning. Let's see, what else? General weakness and lethargy. Probably some mind fog too.
After 72 hours has passed I'll break the fast by chugging some baking soda again to rinse out the kidneys and then I'll jump in a salt water bath while sipping on some Evian water. The key is to eeeease back into it with the water. Will be a slow rehydration process. Then once I've had a bit of salt water, I'll chug some lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and some prune juice to further detox the body. If after 3 days I'm not feeling too hungry, I won't refeed but if I'm desperate, I'll have a small refeed meal of frozen veges + chicken breast - the key on this refeed is to keep it small and to avoid carbs as that'll cause water retention. After the dry fast is done, hopefully I won't have to refeed and can just wet fast for another few days - the first 3 days or so is the hardest part and so I think it would be a pity to refeed when I can just transition from a dry to a wet fast.
Regardless, in about 4-7 days from now I'll look to move back to a 1 meal a day routine which will probably be a big ****off steak with butter, maybe some cheese or some ****. I wanna keep in keto as long as possible while cutting to the 10% bodyfat. So OMAD + Keto refeeds seems logical. And I'll start back at the gym during this period. Will probably have a 20 minute eating window per day and then just snake juice for the rest of the day, gym once per day. I imagine I'll mostly just be doing core stuff and some stretching initially, and then once I start feeling good again, hitting it hard.
I'm basically going to be lying around at home most of the next 3 days. I don't want to go out in the sun too much as I'll already be pretty dehydrated, but I will try go outside for a walk/massage once a day. My plan is to just do some work on Skype with some of my new signups and make sure my players are all good to go for the year ahead.
Will update as I lose my mind over the next few days. If anyone has much experience with prolonged fasting, leave a comment as I'd be interested to hear what your thoughts are!
