Tomorrow we break the fast (for real)
So it's currently been a little over 5 days since I ate last iirc feeling great but have decided to break the fast tomorrow. The reason being, I want to get back into a proper routine, up at same time every day, bed same time everyday. That sort of thing. Plus I want to start grinding properly again. I've decided the best way to get my 30 hours of volume each week will be to do 2x2.5 hour sessions each day, 6 days a week. This leaves me with plenty of time to muck around in the gym and plenty of time for studying after sessions. I'll look to do 2 hours in the books after playing for the next wee while because I'm making drastic changes to my game as of tomorrow. Having one meal a day will also free up a bunch of time which is nice too.
So, tomorrow is going to suck. I woke up at 4pm today and I'll be forcing myself to get up at 8am tomorrow as it's the easiest way to fix my bodyclock. 8am start, gym fasted (which will be rufff) - I've also got some creatine, glutamine, and preworkout which I'll all be taking for tomorrow's session. Then after the gym well break the fast finally with some bacon and eggs and steak. I'll keep an eye on macros and post em here. Next will be to go outside and lie in the sun for 40 mins. It's been pretty overcast last few days, which is good actually as 40 mins in super hot sun rn might kill me lol. After the sun, we do our first 2.5 hour session, 10 minute break to foam roll/stretch, second 2.5 hour session, foam roll again, and then I'll look to do 2 hours review of the session which will include gathering hands and pre-analysing them and putting together a collection of hands and analyses before my next coaching session in a week. After that I'll have 40 mins or so to take care of any businessy type stuff, and then I'll update 2+2 PGC, then it'll be wind down time. After 9pm I'm not allowed any screens and will likely just go out for a walk somewhere and then write in my diary. I imagine I'll be exhausted so ill probably get in bed fairly quickly but the idea is lights out by 11pm. The idea is to fill that 9 hour gap between 11pm and 8am with as much quality sleep as possible.
Looking forward to it! Super stoked to cook up some ***** eggs and bacon my gawd. Super keen to get back on the tables and try implement some of these new things I've learnt in my first coaching session. Dreading getting up and going to the gym fasted on the back of no sleep but LETS GOOOOOO
