It matters quite a bit.
But I add Zoom once I get high stakes tables, so I don't have the luxury of pool selection.

It was versus an aggressive fish. I'm not sure I would have called this exact river because every draw got there and he can still have boats and better trips.
Once he raised the flop, I was like ''oh ****'', here we go.

Having taken a week off to deal with other work stuff, I'm back and ready for the grind.
I really can't remember the last day I lost, but it's made me a bit lazy.

It's time to work my ass off again in poker, and also go back to eating better and not spending too much money.
It's easy to get trapped in that life style, and you usually need a big downswing to get back to what got you to the dance. So, I'm taking the initiative and making adjustments to get back into my normal rhythm.

Goals for the next 30 days:

[ ]Play a minimum of 50k hands
[ ]4+ workouts a week
[ ]200 calories maximum of unhealthy food per day
[ ]Don't spend more than 1.000 euros, including rent, flights etc.

I'll be streaming again on Sunday. More details will follow.

Do what you like, but I suggest breaking down the "unhealthy food" thing into macronutrients. The "unhealthy food" line is pretty easily blurred when you consider a single apple has 25 grams of carbs

I'm in no way an expert, but I'm definitely trying to clean up my diet too.

Well, apples are healthy, as are good carbs.
By bad foods, I mean chocolate cake, pizza etc.

I really don't like breaking food down into macro nutrients, because there's good and bad kinds of each macro nutrient.

I won't go down to 0 bad calories because there is no way of sustaining that.
But I bought tons of healthy stuff today and prepared meals for this week.

200kcal is brutal, how are you planning on using them up? Can't even have a bag of crisps, a chocolate bar or a cheeseburger at Mickey D's.

Whalers gonna whale.

Micronutrients tho. Also it's good to have your macros consist mostly of carbohydrates if you plan on being active like OP.

Yes indeed, people focus too much on macros instead of micros, also complex carbs like fruits, vegetables, legumes and whole grains are very good for your health, especially digestive health. Fibers are underestimated.

Focus 1st in consuming what your body needs.
Program 3 main meals /day + 2-3 snacks all with healthy options. If you manage to achieve that every day you have won half the batlle because your organism will not crave all the unhealthy stuff ,cause you provided the vitamins & minerals that are needed.
Aim to eat a snack/meal every 3-4 hours (closer to 3 preferably) so your body doesnt get to be hungry and you will still be able to choose what you will consume (and not let the hunger beast do it instead).
If you then crave something unhealthy go grab it.
But im almost certain most times you won't

Chears.

So by bad food you mean complete junk. 200 calories of junk is basically two big bites.

Why do you have a small dog as your profile pic on your website? Who are you IRL? Would you rather people just follow the blog and the stats and then pay for BTS without knowing what’s up? I do enjoy your blog btw but am curious as to what you’re actually trying to accomplish with both your blog/ site. Thanks
