It would be nice to read some additional thoughts on hands,like what we do if 5 bet was bigger playing with 186bb with AQs.Fold?Also do we continue on flops when we dont flop strong,like 238r?

Vs a big 4bet, we can fold AQs. Our hand looks pretty but is quite dominated.
We're not high up in our range in a 5bet pot, so we can let it go on a lot of flops unimproved.
