I'm still dealing with GG stealing 25k from me.

Last week, Betsafe (Micro Gaming) asked me to verify my credit card when trying to deposit with Neteller, which I've used to deposit on Betsafe many times.
They asked me to send the front and back of my credit card and black out 6 numbers in the middle. I uploaded it in the verification section in the client.
It's the only time I've ever sent anyone part of my credit card info for verification.

That same day, someone tried to buy 2800 euro worth of gift cards with my card!


It was probably just one employee trying to steal their money, so I don't want to discredit them as a company. You can always get unlucky and hire someone with bad intentions.
But it is a warning to people who have to do the same, in order to verify their payments. Please be careful.

Two weeks ago I even told a friend that I have never had an issue with Micro Gaming and they've always been really easy to deal with.

I feel like Alex Jones right now, as if I am the crazy person calling everyone else crazy.

MicroGaming/Betsafe had me sent them a photo of the back of my credit card, signed (I've had other sites requesting the front & back of my credit card with certain numbers covered but none of them required to have the card signed, don't even know how that helps in any way

How could they have figured out the 6 blacked out numbers though?
