Don't understand why you are check raising flop with JJ w/ spade... You're blocking his bluffs that will stab and letting KQ, Ax check back and realize their equity. Why not check raise combos like AA, KK and 44/77?

Also, why is calling a 3b IP btn vs bb with 34s a bad play? I personally already fold to 3bets a lot so I would never fold this hand in this spot.

Very tilting last couple of days, as the action was very slow.
When good games popped up, I usually could not get a seat. And when I did, I just ran badly.

The old me is coming back, as I want to punch every reg who isn't horrible in the face and I am even tilting a bit, which had not happened in a long time.

weird turn sizing in first hand, I assume a exploitable bet to keep the whale in in combination with the low spr. surely deeper you would upsize your bet right.

We can bomb the flop with a polarized range or bet small and mergy with a wide range, depends on your strategy and the player.
