this is our new house in chiang mai, photos are made quickly, 3 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, kitchen with dining room together, living room, grind room ( made from one bedroom, so it would be 4 bedroom without), all rooms with AC

all for 750e/month with gardener and cleaner included and have to pay extra water / elektricity / internet which is probably another 100e/month, maybe 150e



























photos of house with also look in street, not furnished yet when photos were made, internet, grind room etc going to be made in few days so when i come everything will be 100%

For chiang mai that's about 300e per month. for 750e you get a larger house, better furnishing, better kitchen and a pool for sure.

Those houses in chiang mai sell for 60-95k new and about 110-145k in phuket.

Garderner that comes every 3days is about 30$-60$ per month

Anyways just get a UPS for your internet/electricity. Id sugest finding someone thats good with electronics to set you up with an expensive UPS. I bought the 25$ ones and those things didnt last more than 1 or 2 5mins electricity cut. Then they were burned.

i wasnt searching house in chiang mai but u dont even know what locality in chiang mai this house is and saying i should find one for 300e is just lol, price of rent is not just about house but locality too, maybe they should go lower with price but i doubt they got scammed and paid 250% of real price

house wasnt furnised in time of photos, they give more next day, everything is new and nobody lived in this house before

and i still doubt u can find new house with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms kitchen living room and garden for 300e (gardener, cleaner included) anywhere in chiang mai furnished, maybe someone make me wrong who live in chiang mai but looks bs to me what u writing

i own real estate in Thailand. My price are as accurate as it get. You're basically paying the price it would cost to live in a similar house 5mins from the beach in phuket(which is an overpriced market). Im not attacking you im simply telling you that you were "had" by the nice person who owns that house.

The price for that rental with basic furniture from index(totally looks like its from index on those pictures) is 20k tops pretty much anywhere in chiang mai. thats 600$ usd so 475$e and even then most of the 20k goes for the "single house" because as far as squarefootage its really small. A similar house but as a Twin house would be tops 15k for a thai person.

u can show me houses in phuket 5 mins from beach for 30k baht? i mean same big like this one, not some old one, can u also show me some house like this in chiang mai for 12k baht? prices u are saying are not real, they were looking at 8 houses in one day and price range was from 20 to 40k i think for month in each hoouse, all 3 bedrooms+ nice houses

i dont know what prices are exactly in phuket but i know prices in phangan/samui which are islands and i have 1 bedroom, 1 living room with supersmall kitchen and bathroom for 12k/month, AC only in bedroom and shared internet with other people, two rooms i have here are big as one bedroom in this new house in chiang mai, house like this would cost around 80k+ baht/month in phangan, more in samui

Houses usually go for cheaper. Careful with the AC, utilities run up super quick.

Marg, Walk around the moo-baans and every single house will be for the prices i stated. Agents are scums that take massive profits for doing nothing.

Hell, a few years ago i rented a 3BR house fully furnished in teakwood built-in and top of the line electronics (even a dryer) for 12k per month. House had not been lived in yet. Yet my neighbors were white too and they were paying 20k for the same house with plastic furniture.

20k and less its hard to get really good deals but when you are ready to pay 30k+ for a house there's no reason not to get something really baller. Theres so many rentals all around the country theres always a few that are tired of not being rented and will give the actual real price instead of waiting years for a fish to pay 10-30k extra. Just look at vomit's place, those places go for 60-70k to thailand newbies. In fact i remember 3months ago i saw an add for a property south of patong beach.. beach front 45k~ per month. 4br + private pool and really nice furnishing(thats a sick deal but you get the point)

u guys compare different houses, i said exactly same type for price u said, 2 bedrooms apartment isnt same as 4 bedroom house with privacy, i doubt u gonna find houses like these for 300e in chiang mai and if u do, it gonna be lot of work to find imo

whatever who is right doesnt matter, house is already paid and i dont plan to find some cheaper one just to save 100e/month if i like this house i stay for sure, price is very good for me

Not worth the time to look for a place 100e a month cheaper when your hourly is 100e, just find something you like and live there

Lol the Thailand apartment convo is comical. I pay $1400cad/month for my one bedroom in halifax, canada. He gets to live in paradise for a third of that while making 10 times my income probably. Who cares if he's been 'had' for a few hundy if it's an immaterial amount to him. Respectfully stated of course.
