I have never kept records for live cash and am looking for a good way to provide some personal accountability for my recent bankroll thrashings. I will post hands and thought process to some extent but I am really hoping to remain anonymous since my games have a small player pool.

My number one goal is to get a win rate closer to 50%. I care way too much about getting unstuck, which leads to an illusionary high win rate, but some very devastating losses. I do snap-quit after exceptionally bad play, but I think trying to play through 12 hour sessions of running bad can't possibly be the best use of my time/production of A game play. I take winning too seriously and its time to start booking some short losing sessions.

Saturday night, March 23. 10 20 nl

Currently stuck 3k. Two significant hands:
1. Goofy british guy 60s pierced ear opens utg 5x, avg table open is 3x. Its his first open since he sat and is currently up about 4k. I decide to flat with JcJh. Sb flats, 3way to flop Td9d4s. Utg cbet 200 I call. Turn 8d utg bets 540 very quickly. I call. River 7s giving me the straight. He quickly slides out his stack of black without counting it. I pause for about 10seconds and call the 1500. He shows 3d4d for the turned flush.

2. First orbit after being moved to main game. I open TT utg to 80. 40s rec player with 2k in cash and few chips (must be stuck) flats, bb mid 20s tight live pro 4k effective seems to contemplate a three bet and flats. Flop rainbow J97 checks through. Turn 2 bb leads 140 I call and mp calls. river 5 bb tanks 20 seconds in an abnormal way causing me to ask if he checked. I bet 360 hoping to be called by mp 98 type hand. mp folds, bb quickly check raise to a ridiculous 2100. I fold after trying to get some live tells but can't pick anything up.

I'll add another post at end of session. line up looks unlikely to get me unstuck in any reasonable amount of time and I am not looking to play much longer.

Just a bit of advice since you said you wanted to remain anonymous. I think there are very few places in the world where there are multiple 10/20 NLHE games going on, so anyone who reads this can probably easily link it to you.

I agree. I should be keeping a journal instead if I am going to be making more posts like the previous. I'll now be leaving out any specific hand detail or views into my thought process.

Ok so results for Sat night March 23. Played all night and well into morning. Game was very good 3am through 9am with the action coming mostly from stuck pros. Missed some draws, failed at a big bluff, chopped pot with flopped set. Only big winning pots were a 3 barrel with AA and some bluff catching. Finished down 5k after losing 8k pot pair + fd to tp and quitting thereafter, fairly tilted.

Results: 10 hrs -5k graveshift

March 24 - 10 20 NL and 10 20 2k cap PLO

3 AM - 4PM
+16.5k played through some serious gas and finally quit after 13 hours. apologies to my table mates but i tried to get up every time I felt the gas coming. Chau had it too and leaned back in his chair and just let it go, patting his belly. I'm not cool enough for that.

Ran average in PLO, huge cooler in NL AA v reg that didn't want to fold AI pf for 15k pot. Made some awful folds in cap PLO that were fine if my opponents were not on wild poo-flinging ape tilt.. but they definitely were. Tight NL players spaz out huge in live PLO and I need to just let it happen and accept the low hanging fruit.
