Gl with the goals! Just out of interest what is a rough estimate of rakeback ($ number not percentage) per 100k hands at 200/500 zoom If you were to cash all bonuses/rewards etc.

Hard to say...I would guess anything over 4 is very good. The top end if I had to guess is prob around 7-8 maybe, but I think most people who are capable of that would move up pretty quickly/already play higher.

Yesterday wasn't that busy, just didn't feel like playing after Thursday unfortunately.

Haha that last post is pretty indicative of my thought process for a lot of the last month. Been running pretty bad although mainly small losses (but losses every day). I have definitely let my mental game and goals slip...it is a constant vigilance issue basically. As soon as I let up a bit it is very easy to slip back into old habits. I have actually been doing a ton of work away from the tables though and working on some (hopefully profitable) side projects so I haven't really been idle at least. Also have been doing well on the health front...prob down about 5 lbs since I stopped posting and been running or squash ~3x a week. Id prob like to lose about 7 more to be at my personal ideal weight but we'll see since I am going to begin lifting again which obv cuts down on the weight loss (in a good way of course ) I'm pretty busy this weekend but hoping to get back to updating my goals on Monday and hopefully set some achievable goals for the rest of the month.

Alright, time to get back after it. Fairly open week except for Thursday and Sunday so should be able to get some hands in. Will be doing a bit more mental game review this week since I haven't been nearly diligent enough and it has obviously affected my volume a lot. Might push it up to an hour some days.

Didn't end up getting time in so I am going to move those goals to tomorrow. Ended up being very busy getting my coaching thread up and a lot of stuff for it finalized, as well as some family stuff. Am excited to get some hours in though as I have had to really look over a lot of my thought process/strategies in order to get ready for the coaching (which was one of the reasons I wanted to get into it in the first place).

FYI, there was some discussion recently in the thailand thread from a guy who graduated in chemistry on protein powders. Since you're getting back into weight lifting i suggest you go read, it happened 4-5 days ago. Basically explains that all companies are ripping people off and that the one he uses supplies all the top quality companies with pure whey for a fraction of the price.

Its definitely a good idea to look at it as a high intake of top quality whey will work wonders on your health, weight loss and mental stability.

I would be interesting in reading what the chemist says about protein powders intake and their use in weight loss and muscle gain, because I believe their not necessary most of the times . What is the threads name?

Thanks man, been insane busy with life/away from the table stuff the last few days. Should get a full day in tomorrow. I'm actually feeling excited to play for the first time in awhile so Im guessing a lot of my accumulated emotion/tilt is finally dissipating

Hang in there 200zoomgrinder your downswing will turn around. I am very impressed by the number of hands that you play in an hour! 994 in an hour and a half? That's crazy. I play live poker here in the U.S. semiprofessionally and I would be happy to get in 35 hands in an hour!! lol

Lots of green on the goals today which is nice.
