I've ran 0 miles in January...
Not really down to me being lazy, but having the flu since Dec 25 to Jan 10.
Then I was getting everything ready for Vegas in the last week, and only just come back really.
However, I've just done a bet with a friend (and also a poker player).
- Have to run 250 miles (recording it all on an iPhone app) from Feb 1st to May 31st.
- At no point during Feb 1 - May 31 are we required to say how far we've run to each other
- If one of us gets to 250 miles and the other is below 125 miles, they win the bet regardless (to get us motivated from the start)
- If we both get to 250 miles then the bet is a push
- If one of us gets to 250 miles and the other doesn't, they win the bet.
Winner gets to choose 3 of the following 5:
1) Fall backwards into TAO bath.
2) Take half a lemon to the eye, slice by slice
3) Attend a pool party in speedos, goggles and swimming cap, and complete an individual medley
4) shop at WSOP store in Rio for the most budget collection of WSOP clothes ever, and wear them for three events
5) Pay $10k to the other
Won't be saying how far I've ran in here though as he may read this. Just thought I'd let you all know that when you see some hunk by the Vegas pool in June it may be me !
