Just so you know and I'm sure we've been through this before pt BB and what is shown these days on poker tracker are different.

pt BB = 2 big blinds

If you told someone who was older than you were running at 20 ptBB/100 over 10k hands at 10nl that'd mean that you have won 20 * 2 * 0.1 * (10000/100) = $400.

Now poker tracker tells you what your winnings are in bb/100 which is the standard.

Congrats on how well you're doing though. Told you that you'd struggle at 25nl though playing so many tables, keep at it though and you'll crush it eventually especially if you're getting coaching so gl.

Thks,, dude, and my volume does suck this month

But I've been still crushing it at 10nl

For some reason, I'm having problems withdrawing from Skrill/Moneybookers and I am getting ZERO help from the "help" desk.

Anyways, my BR is getting lose to 1k again(even after the withdrawl) So I might as well wait and see if I can take another shot at 25nl

UPDATE:

My volume still sucks, but I'm on Blackrain's emailing list and he sent out a a nice inspirational/ strategies for staying motivated email today....I

anyways, I gotta get back on my grind..... I still can't withdraw money from skrillz so lets see if I can grind back to 25nl...

UPDATE:

My volume has picked up a bit, but I've been running pretty bad. I'm 16 BIs under "All in Equity"... but I don't hate my play really( mostly, although Ive been tilt- calling way too often)

I'll post the yearly graph when I combine my databases. I have two seperate ones, one on my desktop and one on my laptop. I'm too lazy to do the work

I've been playing alot of hand at 10nl... but my BR is back at 1 k so I'll probably play a lot of 25nl/plo25

As promised(sort of)

Goals for August:

I'm going to use the Marshall28( Cardrunner coach) study method for plo( mtts, and holdem to a lesser degree) this month

http://www.cardrunners.com/blog/Marshall28

[]play 1 hour session-->
[]take ten minute break-->
[]review session-->
[]watch 1 video(or read book)-->
[]take ten minute break-->
spend 30 minutes posting/reading whatever forums I can find-->
then repeat it all over again.

He does this for 8 hrs a day. 4-5 days a week

I may also, not do it in that order. But the point is I want to do it all in one day

PLUS

[] I want to play 4 k hands a day

Thanks to everyone that decided to follow my degen quest through the micros
I'm going to switch things up... by doing the things I had committed myself to do but ended up not doing... Hopefully the Marshall28 method is the winning method

also, I'm reading The Mental Game of Poker.. awesome book

When I play at crappy times 0000-0600 EST, I am crushing

When I play at "good" times, I get destroyed.

building a bike is pretty easy dude, as long as you're not trying to weld the frame or build the wheels. you do need to have specialist tools though. Def worth it if you cba.

what steaks is the graph above?

I too seem to have lost the ability to beat the tables at "peak time". So frustrating.
