Week one REPORT IN:

I'm a bit behind on my hands played. 8700 a day was too hard 9 tabling with only 8 hours budgetted to play, i'm trying 11 tables now. Also was super hungover today so didn't do the sunday grind. I will try to catch up on these hands either by playing friday or working in my "free time".

20295/34800 hands played [m-th+sun]

As for the gym I purchased running shoes and went for my first time to run and check out yoga class, so many hot girls there it's good motivation. Will go there M-Th.

I'm comfortable playing 9 tables, 11 shouldn't hurt so much. I have 3 monitors so that helps.

Today played 7040/8700 hands and went to yoga.. yoga is TOUGH [for an out of shape dude]. I was the only one sweating in the beginner yoga class. Oops.

Played a little less than needed, but pretty close. 11 tabling helps alot.

I noticed you have no time allocated for 'relax/break' between 8-12. What is the reasoning for that?

It's supposed to be 2 back to back 2 hour sessions, but I definitely need at least a 15 minute break in there for bathroom et al.

6max. 200k does seem like an insane amount to me also.

today i skipped the gym cuz my body is mad aching. played 8819/8700 hands!!!
i need to 11 table for every sesh except the warmup. no 9 tabling at all.
also i will cram 4-6 hours in on friday before i go party.

total: 36/200k

Have you thought about taking a stab at $.25/.50 again anytime soon?(nm you answered that in your original post) What have you done to plug any leaks at $.10/.25? I have to say it's nice to see a winning player over such a large sample, but I think you could probably improve your winrate with a bit of help. Have you looked into coaching at all over the top of hand reviews and what not that you do?

I'm quite behind on this goal. I'll either make 150k hands or find some way to make 200k. This week will be a clutch week..

Are you actually making money playing or just grinding rakeback? I'd stop worrying about 200k hands and work on your game, otherwise you'll always be grinding $5/hr in rakeback instead of moving up.

NL 100 guy grinding out 4k rakeback a month:

"step up your game or you'll alawys be grinding rakeback"

8700 hands x 0.1 vpp/hand = 870vpp x 3,5 = 3045 fpp x 0.015 = only $45/day
