I've been playing poker for over eight years. Mostly a losing player. I've had a few big wins but I lack proper BRM. I'm going to be depositing $200+ on to Carbon in two weeks. I'm not exactly sure how online poker works. I'm a live player. I play $1/2 and $1/$3 NL sometimes I take shots at $2/$5. I want to use this $200+ to practice BRM while saving up for a scooter to get around town to local card rooms and build a bankroll as well. I can save about $400 a month towards poker and I want to play live for a living. I have no idea what I'm doing. I don't know how to set up a HUD.

I'll be posting HH's for review. Going to set twoplustwo.net as my homepage and really start studying the game. I have a few poker books that I'm planning on reading. I made a playlist on youtube of a bunch of instructional videos. I want to be able to play poker everyday. I want to get better. I know I can become a winning player if I apply myself enough.

I already deposited $50 and lost. Then reloaded $30 and lost again. I was jumping around tables like crazy. I want to pick a specific limit and stick with it for an extended period of time. I'm going to use this as a learning process and not focus on the amount of money I'm winning or losing right now. Set a stop loss and time limit. At least four hours a day of practice. Keep track of HH's for discussion.

Bankroll management is my biggest leak. Without that I am toast. It doesn't matter how good of a player I am if I don't have good money handling skills. It's like being able to shoot shots from half-court but not knowing how to dribble the ball or do a lay-up. Doesn't make any sense.

Back to the basics.

Things that I will be doing everyday once I start playing:

1. Wake up at 5:00am, eat oatmeal and watch one instructional poker video.
2. Go the the gym and run 3-miles, and do some light lifting.
3. Read at least one chapter of a poker book.
4. Review at least three HH's a day on this forum.
5. Play for four hours.
6. Post and review at least three HH's every session.
7. Set a stop loss of three buy-in's per table.
8. Multi-table a maximum of four tables only while learning the interface.
9. Start at the lowest limit and track my progress for at least two weeks and show a profit before moving up.
10. Crush the micro's.

Deposited $100.

Played for four hours and I lost $10. Reviewed some hand history that's been helpful. I bluff too much. I need to just bet for value. My bluffs don't really even make sense.

Went busto playing too high again. Made a big comeback (~$8 to $103+) then spewed off chips with bluffs.

Deposited $32. I'm going to be playing $.02/$.04 with $1. So I have a 32 BI bankroll. Logging at least four hours a day and reviewing hand history/taking notes on other players.

Three limpers Hero is OTB with KJcc and raises to $.11. Hijack makes the call. No reads on this player, fifth hand I've played at this table.

Flop

Villain donk bets $.04, Hero raises to $.25. V calls.

V bets $.48

Assuming your stack is $1? Shove. You can't fold with so many outs - any club, 8, Q, K, J, and he probably shows up with a lot of 10x (AT/KT/QT etc) or maybe also a flush draw
