Thanks man! I'm over the salt of busting out 99th, and now just feel a sense of accomplishment and gratefulness. Back to back deep runs in the main from 2019 and today, my RNG is already insane. $50,000 for 5 days of play, what else can I cry about. Though I still want to sneak in the fact, if we just last through the remaining .25% of the pool, we are retired.

I'm sticking around MS Mobile until the game dies out, hopefully it'll last at least another few years. Completely exploited the market in a way where I get to enjoy the game, and still make like $60-75/day doing nothing. However if MSM wasn't around, my poker hours would probably sky rocket lol. -- edit just saw your PM, yes the exploit is probably similar. It's change from Year 1 to YEar 3. I knew of a few people who made like $10k/mo for a few months doing such. Anyways its a game I really enjoy, so I try my best not to prioritize money over fun.

Connections got me in, the game was indeed good. Just play any game where you're slightly better than them, and roll it.

I've always been good at handling my emotions. Few years ago, I self-imposed a ban from live PLO 10/20 at Lucky Chances because I lost like $50K/mo running pretty poorly. Grinded like 3-4 months of 3/5 NL to win it back. IIRC the WSOP cash game saved me.

I'm actually spreading out to other ventures/opportunities. I was just in the shower tilting, that I turned down $900 for ~1 hour of work. Because technically I was charging $1450 for what was requested. And I mentioned that. Still no response yet.

My GF said I should've just taken the $1K, it's not a big difference in workload. And we need to save money badly.

Idk I thought I should've stood my ground on my price point, but at the same time. I do want that money.

Fun game back in the day. For reference I remember playing before Big Bang and before 4th job was even out it was only for the pc. Im not sure i know what you are talking bout with the exploit. Idk if you care to expand on this thread or if you want to pm bout it.

Well the real exploit which is now gone was using the 10+1 chest with a script and opening/feeding to level armors in Year 1 of MSM. Those maxed legendary gear were selling for easily near 1B at the time, and was easily printing a decent hourly. However the real money was coming from opening a bunch of emulators, scripting/clicking at 10000 ms on TS shop, stealing/sniping items at auction house before Nexon addressed the problem. I myself, wound up waking to mornings where I made like $300-400 items by simply leaving my computer on. These days, the money comes from selling nodes. It's pretty simple math. I enjoy playing it as an economy game with some RPG, so it fits my niche.

Node money is decent good money if you have several emulators. It certainly beats quite a bit of jobs.

Regarding the $900/hr. I'm basically selling a certain service. Anyways it doesn't hurt my bottom line, the money either $900 or $1400 doesn't make a difference to me in the grand scheme of things. And FWIW, I'm very happy with the $900. I was talking about this on my discord earlier in the night. And people are saying, if I believe I'm worth X, then I should stick to X.

I'm torn between selling $900 + REP + Word Of Mouth vs $1400 (my fair asking price). $900 is still $900. Idk what to say.

May I ask was the service and pricing negotiated beforehand or was there a request to change the price to a lower amount last minute by the client?

Because if client understands the value of your service but just wants to get it at a lower price you can counter that with referrals, asking to do ~30% less of service if he’s offfering you ~30% less than your set price. Why do you think this service I charge others have paid x amount.

Regarding Maplestory Mobile (MSM) aka CasinoStory: The current marketplace print is much nerfed, you can still make like $20/day leaving your computer on with zero effort. So that's almost $600/mo doing nothing. It costs estimated about $700 for all necessary gear requirements to do this, so you'll need 1 month to break even first. If you ever want to get back into the game, it's a good time. People who don't think about tackling the game in this manner, ends up spending like $5K to $10K on the game, complaining its super expensive etc. --------- For each set of $700 investment, then you make $20/extra per account. People tend to run 4x-6x of these. I only do 2x cus I'm not playing for money. (these's some hassle in buying level 200 accounts, otherwise I would 4-6x tbh).

Hi small update:

I just logged back in, noticed some DMs inquiring. I'm alive, and well. Not bustoed!

Winstreak #27 is still on the line, been very busy with my transition from Bay Area ----> to Las Vegas.
Will try to get in some volume in the coming days, before saying bye to the bay (for now).

Was going to purchase a home in these couple months, but my plans completely changed.
Will post up the story in a bit. Long story short, Airbnb charged me $6,000+ for 1 month rent IN VEGAS, and won't let me out.
Will be posting this up on social media and everywhere, cus I got SS/recordings where they were INCOMPETENT. (I was at fault too tbf)

I've recently picked up 5c/6c students. And that's been fun variety. I'm pretty lazy, so doing that in my free time at like 10pm has been productive.
Otherwise I'd just be slaying mushrooms on maplestory. Or valorant.

Side projects going smooth as well. However my YT is stuck. I simply cannot put in the effort to edit.
ITS SOOO HARD to commit this much time.

Life As a Resident In Vegas

I honestly feel like I'm just living my bay area life, in vegas, henderson. Life doesn't feel much different. I feel like we've been here for months, if not longer. Boba the doge, really enjoys our backyard, he gets to run around and jump and be all doggy like, unlike previously in the bay. Our next door neighbors, despite seeing us move in, did not welcome us or say a word. That wasn't very nice. One older couple across the block did. Anyways, I think we're the only asians in the span of a few blocks. Could be wrong.

Maskless, everywhere. At this point, I'm just with it. In the beginning, I still wore it. And with Vegas having bars "turn in mask, get free drinks" - that was the final straw. Knowing I will not be seeing anyone elderly like my parents for some time, it's w/e. It's actually quite cold here at night time, so we have the heater blasting at like 70s throughout the night.

Outside of exploring for food, we still haven't really been on the strip. Still settling in, furnishing the place, but the closest really is Spring Mountain for all the deliciousness. Water district has some neat joints as well.

Blackjack

Been trying to do blackjack full time. But getting a lot of heat recently, despite getting smoked for $4K in like 1 hour. I was getting pretty mean mugs. Pitboss REALLY tried to get my name. Asked if I had a name. I said Josh. She said got a last name with it. Really wanted me to get a players card, etc etc. Another time, I tried to act like a casual gambler, and I think I tried TOO HARD, and made it seem fake/trolly. Regretted that day as well.

Poker's Back - Poker Package

Randomly decided last moment to create a package, and sold it out at 1.2 MU. People really have more faith in me, than myself at this point lol.

Anyways will be playing the Venetian and Wynn tournies starting on the Feb 21st to March 20ish.

Playing about $18K worth of MTTs (not entering the 10k/5k), but I might skip out on rebuying into the $3.5K again, if I Just feel tired etc. I haven't been working much, so this much poker in this time span, might be too much for me (lol).

27 winning sessions in a row cash game will hopefully occur on Feb 20th (just to get some cards flowing before the series).

Welp, my first tournament of my package started today. The $400 MTT 40K GTD, which ended up hitting a bit over 100K prizepool, giving first place $26K.

I managed to bust out 13th place, out of around 320 runners. I believe Jeff Boski will be close to final table, as I packed up and left.

13th paid out, $1760. Bittersweet. So close to final table.

Well it's a good start nonetheless. I will be skipping my 2mr tournament as scheduled on my IG, simply due to getting home late, eating late, and still being up at this time (2am).

There's talk with people who will completely buy me into the $10K at the Wynn 2M GTD, giving me a nice % equity share, but we will see on that front. I was thinking I'd offer to buy myself at minimum $2K to have skin to it, and still take the equity freeroll on the majority 7-8K that they would stake.

Lastly - I did not manage to play any cash games. I'm like the guy who wants to go to the gym, but never does.

Hand #1: Too thin; targeting only AQ. And we don't even know if he defends AQo OOP vs my 4bet BU. If he doesnt have AQo here, we're smoked. However if villain is decent, he's supposed to lead this river, because we never have Jx here. It's a horrible card for us. So unless he just thinks I"m AK airball and wants me to have a chance of firing river, he should be donking at me.

Hand #2: Don't overbet river, pot max. Jack on the turn is problematic. Overall, w/e.

Hand #3: 40bb here is weird. Just fold on turn after he clearly wants to stack my ass?

Update on MTT:

Going to stop about 1/3 through my package, refunding most of the money taken in, simply because I feel like I haven't been playing to the best of my abilities. I feel like when I have investor money, I have a burden to perform. That I dont want to let down the people who believe in me. Anyways I made some errors in live judgement (stretching a break even play GTO, and going max exploit, only to be completely wrong in that instance - small sample, but still makes me feel dumb despite it could be right against that particular V).

After all said and done, investors and I were a tiny loser.

Blackjack:

Going around all of Vegas and the nearby areas, card counting away. I finally saw my first card counter in Vegas, in a few years. An older asian. Imo he was too rash. Playing on a DD with me, (that's already VERY BAD etiquette) to not leave, when I was at the table first. He wants us both to get banned? Anyways, I split to 2 hands, he copies. Except he, ****** like $25 to $450 on a DD. Then $25 min to 2 x $350+. BRO?

Don't get me wrong, I've done $25 to 2 x $700 at NYNY and got instant banned within 2 minutes (lol), but that was without intruding on another AP.

Despite all my swings recently, I'm only making $7.48/hour currently for BJ.


Live Stream Poker & YT

I've been recording content on and off for months now. My plan is to edit, and post up 1-2 random videos. This is for BJ/poker MTTs etc.

As for live streaming, I plan on doing that on Twitch, sometime soon. When I get back to my cash game (still havent in Vegas yet). #27 winning session in a row. Except this time, it'll be live, without delay. I'll simply show my hand after the hand is done, camera on flop if possible.

First casino ban of 2022



Well 22 hours ago, as seen in the IG story, I was banned from Green Valley Ranch Hotel & Casino (20-25 mins from the strip). Using a dumb spread of $25 min, I pushed out to 2 x $200+ and 5 minutes later, 2-3 hands in the next shuffled deck, they kicked me out. I had my phone recording on and off throughout my session, to make it easier to edit through (less content to review), so I actually missed the initial barrage of 3 pit bosses hovering over me.

POKER MTT Package

Investors who bought in, have currently lost 20% of their initial. I'm doing the math, and basically refunding everyone back for the remaining 80% of MTTs that I did not end up playing on. Even with my 20% mark up, I didn't really care to capitalize on that EV. If you're not happy playing poker, don't play. Though I'm aware, that's not always the case for everyone. I know I'm already blessed and very very grateful to have enough faith from investors to just sell out a package like that.

I want to be more responsible with my work ethic, towards whatever profession/genre. I'm a lazy-bones.

AirBnB $7k/mo rent in Vegas

Update on airbnb. We threatened and we did file a chargeback. We are not paying $7,000 for month of rent in Vegas. That story has been mentioned ^ above about a month or two ago. Anyways, it's stalling out. And currently we're still out of that money. But we're talking to bankers, and filing more paperwork.

Airbnb since, has fcked with my account some more. I am now compiling evidence (recordings, phone conversations, text, ss etc) proving the incompetency of that company. End goal? No clue. Just a guy with time on his hands. Seeing if it blows up or not.

Maplestory M

My goal of turning maplestory M into a small residual passive income game, is coming closer and closer to fruition. I would say by next 1-2 months, I will be earning close to $100-120/day, leaving on my computer, doing nothing. If I can see another year in the game, I will then buy another rig, dedicated to just opening more and more emulators. However the set up cost (mostly time) would be 2.5 months, and the initial would require tedious "setting up". And I would need to recover back the money for the investment rig.

Wedding Ring

I know we had it backwards, house purchase first, before ring. But it might end up, ring being first, at this rate. Starting to really look into it. Originally I wanted April to have full control, and I was going to propose with a "temp band", and then we go to the store and custom build the one she truly loves. I wouldn't dare knowing I can build something she truly 100% loves. I briefly mentioned it in passing, and she mentioned she rather have I build it. But gave me a clue of what kinda design.

I think this goes both ways. Cus I have read horror stories of husbands who custom built the thing 100% on their own imagination, and the wife, wasn't such a big fan.



I guess I'll walk into places, and show this. And ask, got something similar?
