Third week I tried running on asphalt for 2 miles a day for a week and ended up getting a stress fracture in my cuboid bone in my foot and had to take a month off(doctors orders).
However, I can easily run 5-6 miles a day now. They really helped me with the pain I use to get in my hamstring(HS running injury). Plus, running in water is no-thang now lol( No more soggy socks! Chyaa!)

its getting cold here in sweden though, had snow a couple days ago but ill bring the shoes to thailand, then my toes wont freeze
but will have to try a few short testruns with them here.
