so im gonna try to play like a lot this month, about 333hours seems like a decent even number right? also a lot of stydying poker above that.. yeah i think its about time i move up in stakes so im gonna try my best for a while and see how it goes

im usually 9tabling when playing NL50 but will try play not more then 6 when im at NL100

my biggest leak is spewing and out-leveling myself when they just keep having the nuts..

last month was kinda even, just a small profit over 200h. bad results at NL100 though -7bb/100 over like a lot of hands but NL50 is going alright

2months ago i won 75bi over 175h at NL50.. 50% of that rb

i read some where that henry ford was the first industrialist to implement the 40 hour work week as his research showed productivity fell rapidly after 8 hours of work a day.back then the standard working practice was 10 hours a day 6 days a week.this research helped him to greatly reduced the cost of labour and maintain productivity.

im posting daily on a swedish forum but uhm yea i just played 10k hands and 890minutes today so im at about 70hours for the month even though i was helping my dear grandma grocery shopping today, oh thats right i havent done much else then that and playing though.

the days r a bit to short but
played 22/17. 5.5% 3bet and i have about 55%flop cbet and 53%turn cbet and i fire the river like most of the time also imo.
what u guys reccomend for a general/standard flop cbet% when playing the 22/17 tag style and 9tabling. aim for a bit higher or is around 55% decent?

wow this is pretty sick. im grinding 50/100 myself but am kind of downswinging for about 4 weeks now. I never grinded past 55k hands/month which was about 100h so I tried to go for 150ish H this month, im a little behind as of now but just couldnt take it the other day so i quit after a couple hundred hands!

whats your bb/100 on NL50 over what sample?
im doing pretty good myself with 10+bb/100 over 250kish hands.

yesterday was nice up +470 ran awesome and lots of fish etc.
today started out awesome also up like 300 quite fast then some coolers and then ended the day playing a couple hours pretty unfocused and ended t down about -70 but ive been paying ****loads of rake also so $$$++

oh and the hours i played 10h yesterday and 11h today

12½h, +400 EV500. so far ive only played NL50 this month until today when i played one or two tables of 100nl with my nl50tables
10k hands and $440 rake.

im generally happy with my play and focus today but did a couple mistakes that i shouldnt have to do, missing ppls stacksizes and having to call off more then i indended to coz commited.

if u have spotify u should add this awsome and suberb list that autoadds +1bb/100 to ur winrate and if you dont have spotify then u should get it and listen to that playlist, awsome songs imo

hmm, long time since the last update its been going very good, im up $1,7k at the play and about 4-5k in rakeback/bonuses so its like 120buyins and counting, sick and best month in my life by far and it hasnt really been any variance at all, two BE days if I count the rb in.

ive also ordered a new laptop and some Vibram fivefinger speed shoes :P they have toes lol, for running.. could be fun


im at 182hours for the month after 18days but really im aiming for 300hours, maybe ill push the last few days to make the 333 though

About the shoes, I wear them when I run. START OFF SLOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW and SHORT! It'll take about a month- or two to really get to where you can run somewhat of your normal distances with them. I did two weeks at .5-1 mile, wasn't nearly enough. Third week I tried running on asphalt for 2 miles a day for a week and ended up getting a stress fracture in my cuboid bone in my foot and had to take a month off(doctors orders).

However, I can easily run 5-6 miles a day now. They really helped me with the pain I use to get in my hamstring(HS running injury). Plus, running in water is no-thang now lol( No more soggy socks! Chyaa!)
