Also started playing NL100 as well sometimes when my mood fits with decent results so far...
I think I can also beat NL100 pretty easily will post a graph when I have 10k hands or more...
Decided I want to improve my game more before I stick to NL100 (After nearly 100k hands I have a good feel for the pool now and certain hours its a reg fest and I don't want to be fighting for -1/1 bb where variance is high....)
Amazing results even on 100, ~1.9EVbb + Rb/bonus is absolutely killing this. even more crazy that you can do it with -10bb/100 nonSD, any tips for tough zoom/rush pools?

Yes don't play aggression with aggression.... 75% of regs or those at NL100-200 are too aggressive and hyper aggressive.
I basically took most of my strategy off otb_redbaron
1) Never overbet (I keep my bet sizing small unless I'm nutted)
2) Never thin value bet
3) Only run big bluffs against regs who you know will fold a good hand....
Apart from that I set more traps than usual against agro players e.g. on btn raise and then call with AA/KK 50% of the time if you know the person is agro and barrels too much in 3bet pots.
Then apart from that I usually just play small ball poker and overfold more often than GTO on rivers.... My theory is the call on the river is the same value as me calling a 3bet and its much more +EV to call 3bets and set mine against those which gives you great implied odds...
And if you check why my nonSD is poor is usually because I am betting or getting my bets called by worse much more often and winning more at showdown this is due to the factor (I set more traps, Let regs spew on me, and also play into lines where I know villian usually overbluffs)

When he was running a 100k challenge on the 500z pool alot of this was his takeaways and I think he ran the challenge twice and finally ended up 8-10 ev bb winner after being below 8 first time.
At one point I was down 12 buyins and then over the course of the play now down 6 buyins so a slight positive.
Takeaways.
* For about 5-10k hands I was literally card dead, every 3bet pot I missed and had to fold flop or turn or river, when I 3bet I got pushed off the hand and so on.... I probably lost about 5-6 buyins being card dead.
* Every time I won a buyin I would lose it straight back again e.g. run KK into AA or AK into AA in a late position situation...
* 1-2 buyins from tilt
* I made quite alot of big mistakes.... questionable calls and station a bit too much... In general my play was horrible.
* I probably could have lost more buyins also... Managed to dodge bullets (AA) about 4 times and lose the minimal in spots where I should be going all-in but I will post the hands there.
* Tomorrow session I need to stop with the ******edness.... and also don't tilt its not good.
Positives:
I lost a big hand and won the BBJ for $3k+ ^^ +$300 in rakeback and bonuses.
MP raises and CO raises small to 7 - I wasn't too happy to 4bet and call it off or 4bet and fold QQ so decided to just cold call 3bet... Flop and Turn was standard.... if I didn't hit the Q on the river I would have folded to his jam because his small raise preflop and bet sizing just screamed KK/AA...

LOL My spider senses tingled and I opted to just call the small 4bet because it screamed strength.... Flop call was standard and on river I timebanked all my time and he gave too much speech play to me in chat (I doubt I was gonna call but when he started talking I just used my timebank to see what he would say... he kept saying fold QQ or JJ its a bad call... your not good etc etc, reverse psychology hahaha..... but I folded anyway)
Called with QQ being sneaky sneaky.... then too much action from BB and MP... very small 4bet from MP... I'm never good here if I jam... its either AK/AA/KK so a flip or I'm behind.... LOL Folding QQ preflop...
fold, MP raises to 2 BB, Hero calls 2 BB, fold, fold, BB raises to 8.5 BB, MP raises to 19 BB, fold, fold
Spoiler:
MP wins 18.54 BB

I raise, MP 3bets and CO does a very small 4bet.... something fishy going on here.... Its like inviting you to jam cos of the dead money but my spider senses went off... If you look at his bet sizing on flop and turn when MP called it screams AA/KK.... dodged that one again lol...
I 4betted because I wanted to get in pot with the fun player... I raised to 19bb because if the reg UTG jammed over, I can fold QQ here... anyway as played
3bet size made my spider senses tingle so just decided to call... on the flop I'm out of position and I can never be sure I am good even if I hit a A or K so just decided to fold to the range bet but you can see results after hahaha....
UTG raises to 2 BB, fold, CO raises to 5.64 BB, fold, Hero calls 5.14 BB, fold, UTG calls 3.64 BB

(Pre 81%, Flop 77%, Turn 17%) Hero shows K A (One Pair, Tens)
EVERY TIME!!!! EVERY TIME I hit the BBJ, the doomswitch on my account gets turned on and I run like complete sh*t, this happened to me when I hit the BBJ last month at NL50... when I hit the BBJ at NL100 and now I am sure I have a doomswitch on my account..... Maybe I drop to micro limits and just burn off all the bad run hahaha.... (new idea)
fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to 2 BB, SB raises to 9 BB, fold, Hero raises to 23 BB, SB calls 14 BB

I am getting a pro at dodging bullets now lol.... I just knew my account had doomswitch on so I opt'ed to call instead of 4bet... wasn't really happy at all when he bet the turn but can't fold yet... the river slowed him down and he checked back but if it blanked and he checked I wouldn't bet.... same with if he jammed a safe river card which was lower than J here unless I know this reg will overbluff in this spot - I'm beat everytime....
Weekend: Did 10k hands at NL200 and was crushing it. Also hit another BBJ lol... Thats 3 BBJ I hit this month its a bit insane, I will post at the end of the month my overall profits but its roughly around $30k+ right now...
