yes seems like a very underbluffed line, I struggle with being disciplined in those spots but when I see a hh like this from a non-playing pov I can advise you to just press the fold button on the river.

One time Q river for some more jackpot $$ :P

preflop: Our opponent is a recrational player who loves bluffs and catches bluffs very much , bb vs sb 70bb stacks,he open 3bb,I check raise to 8.5bb,I want him to call my 3b with a worse hand than mine, so the 3b size is adjusted to be smaller than the theory.

Flop:he check, I cbet 33%,I want to deny some of his hand equity ,j ust like KQo,Ax,anyway, something that does not hit the board, he xr to 3.5x , At this time, I thought for a short time and came up with a bad idea, that is, I knew that he would have a lot of drawing hands, not necessarily flush draw, but also straight draw. Anyway, I thought his range was behind me at the time, and he would bluff a lot of hands worse than us, even if he was Xr, but he was always an Overbluffed player, so I finally decided to 3-bet the jam. I later thought that this should be an -ev action, I can use some better combo to 3bet jam , such as Ajs with clubs instead of Ajs without clubs.

Lost mind hand, do u guys think I'm an ego fish?

successfully upgrade NL25
N8 BR:607.05
CLUBGG BR: 424.82

I decided to upgrade to NL25 and drop to NL10 if I lost two buy-ins. everything went well today, I ran well and played with more confidence than in the previous days, but I still have not accumulated enough hands. Now I hope I can improve a little bit every day, and I feel good that the process is going so well.

Goal for tmr
1.review all the hands today
2.mark the player who i m play with
3.post at least 3 interest hand here
4.play 2k hands
5.adjusted the amount of table to 6-7,more focus on each action

This hand ags a recreational player, I saw him make so many 3bet and overcall in postflop

BTN vs BB

Preflop: I open 3bb, he 3b to 5.1bb , his 3bet range very wide, so I decide to 4bet to 19bb, I want he call some hands weaker than mine, such us AJo,ATs,JQs,KQs etc...

flop: Q66 rainbow, I dun think he know 3bet 67s,56s cuz I saw he coldcall this hand in sb vs hj open, so I dun afraid that 6 .I cbet 33%, hope to get value from KQ,JQ or some any pocket pair I also think that he would defend this cbet, so I bet small, I dun want to bet 1/4 ags him cuz I think 1/4 & 1/3 not very different and I want to get more value to build a biggest pot.
turn:is a blank, not effecting anything, so I bet half pot less

river:I think J is not good for us, we loss to JJ ,QJ,but we also can so much value, so I decide to jam

I think i play too many table today, I've experienced a lot of bad beats, and it feels like natural8 is targeting me, but I admit that I made a lot of bad decisions, such as not being calm enough and lost my discipline, always overcalled in river. No matter how I will still study hard and will continue to update. I'll review the session I played today and write down the vulnerability in my game with a pen.

This day's session was seriously tilted, and several bad beats at the beginning of the game caused the whole session to be poorly played afterwards, losing focus, and many times calling even when I knew I would lose, making wrong decisions. I know that I have the problem of uncontrolled emotions, and my skill level is not good enough, and I am not disciplined in my studies, and I do not schedule well enough, and so on, which are the reasons for losing money. To solve these problems, I may need to set some goals to solve.

Not enough focus: reduce the number of tables, may have to reduce to 6 tables to play the best

Emotion: If lost 3 buy-ins, must rest for more than 1 hour

Study loss of self-discipline: arrange a good schedule and push myself to do it

I'll probably need a bigger BR to play NL25, short term variance can easily make me tilted. can't reach A-game, today I should be playing in the worst state, probably between C/D game. A lot of hands that would have been easy to fold on a regular basis I called because of tilted.

Upgrade NL25 failed, it seems to grind NL10 for a period of time, continue to work hard, improve the game, overcome the difficulties, I can definitely do it!

now we can only remain optimistic and continue to move forward.
