I plan on playing 150-200 FTP Turbo HUSNG's by the 31st at the 6's and than the 11's to earn $150 and reach a BR of $300. After tilting of a big chunk of my bankroll, I realized it was time to get into serious grinding gear. There are 14 days left in the month, on two of which I cannot play, and another two where I won't be able to put in a ton of volume. Hopefully this will be enough.

I figure it will take 150-200 matches by a ROI of ~10%, so 150 matches to reach $250, and from there I'll play the $11's, so approximately another 50. Since my ROI is a bit higher, I hope I can get it done in 150, though. 150-200 matches / 12 days = 12.5-16.67 matches/day, which will probably be a bit tough for me, since I'm not used to this kind of volume, especially since I only recently started playing HUSNG's. Hopefully this exercise will get me into grind mode so that I can keep this volume up forever.

It is 1 am by me as I'm writing this, and I just played 4 matches before going to sleep which will make tomorrow much easier. Won 3/4, so a good start.

I love quick matches (3rd hand!):

Flop: (t360) 3 5 8 (2 players)

Turn: (t2790) 7 (2 players - 2 are all in)

River: (t2790) 8 (2 players - 2 are all in)

Final Pot: t2790
Hero shows Q Q (two pair, Queens and Eights)
BTN/SB shows T T (two pair, Tens and Eights)

Well, good night, will keep you posted!

Well, finished today, and it wasn't as hard as I thought. I played 28(!) games, much more than I planned. The grind kind of flew by once I got the hang of it. I did tilt off a buy-in or two at one point, but I think I'm getting better at controlling it.

I also played 14 $1 super turbos, which I'm +EV at and mostly play just to cool off, or when I don't have much time. Ran slightly bad at the turbos, and bad at the super turbos. Some loose passive fish kept picking up hands and coolering the **** out of me.

Overall I'm up $14.40 for the day, -$2.6 at the super turbos and +$17.00 at the turbos. Since I don't plan on playing the super turbos, and this was a one-time thing, I won't write the winnings for those in my "report", but I'll just write the correct daily profit section. I'll try to avoid playing the super turbos, but I think it's OK if I play them once in a while.

Oh, BTW, it turns out I started of with like $145, not $150, so that's why my BR is so low today.

Day 1:

Games Played: 28
ROI: 9.71
Total Profit: $14.40
Total BR: $160.17
Percentage of Goal: 9.6%

So I played 16 games today so far, and I'm W6-L10, down like $28. I've been running really bad at push/fold. Every time I have someone down to like 600 chips at 20/40 or w/ they somehow get back to even stacks, winning every flip, etc. I still think I can achieve my goal, though, since I'm putting in more volume than I expected. Hopefully will grind a bit more later, but I'm not sure if I'll have the time. Will post stats and the graph before I go to bed.

Played two more turbos, and one reg speed now. 1/2 in the turbos, but one the reg speed. I really like the reg speed structure: let's get a feel for your opponent before you have to get into any huge pots. BR up to $134.32.
