$13.88 > $100 DoN Challenge

After a healthy break from poker I have returned with $13.88. To begin my new poker career I'd like a decent $100 bankroll for the micros.

I've selected $1+$0.10 DoN's to achieve this. I'll be heavily studying Colin Moshman's Sit 'n Go Strategy throughout the challenge.

Here go's nothing............

Thanks, Well I've been playing all denominations of poker for a few years. I kinda understand the difference of dynamics between normal STT and DoN STT. Because the roll Is very small and having to fight the rake, to begin I'll only play 1 or 2 as I'm extremely conscious that I could go busto.

One day into the challenge and I thought I'd give the forum an update and see what everyone thought of my results.

Tourneys: 23 - ROI%: 26.5% - ITM%: 69.6% - Winnings: $6.70 - Bankroll: $20.58

Being a Sunday it was easy for me to get in a bit of volume, however because I do not want to go busto I'm playing a maximum of 2 tables. I haven't started the Moshman book but will definitely start studying it hardcore along with the thread dedicated to it here.

I'm really stoked that I've managed to double my roll within two days. I wouldn't mind some comments on my results so far, especially those who have built rolls playing DoN's

You can see an unusual down-swing around tourney 25, I registered for a $1.75 Sit 'n Go by accident and obviously didn't cash. My red line looks awful however my strategy is to get it in with the big hands early, and bully the rest of the table late around the bubble. Hence knocking short stacks out more than often with the worst hand. I know I've played a lot of tourneys to get this far however the variance is a bit of a killer. I'm kinda looking forward to getting this challenge out of the way, looking forward to playing some real Sit 'n Go's so I can put studying into practice and improve.

Tourneys: 62 - ROI%: 19.1% - ITM%: 66.1% - Winnings: $13.15 - Bankroll: $27.03
