1. Work on putting villain on range pre flop
2.discipline on bankroll mang

Well done with my first session and had to put the brakes on because I was starting to spew and tilt. I still haven't mastered the hem photo thing, which i'm going to figure out right now.
results: -69.12 brings the bankroll down to 241.58

aprox 40$ was ue to playing 50nl this morning, im not gong to lie im use to playing 50nl and its taking a little bit to adjust to the micros As soon as I started to spew I logged off ) I also justran terrible had to fold aces twice and lost a stack with hem once. Also my Hemj ammed up once when I had them

probably should of folded of turn when I ws reraised but was a little lost on river

Not to happy with yesterdays results. I feel like ive been running really bad. The only thing that was good there was no spew out of limits. Going to have to make a jump down to 5nl as well..... Might even do a double jump down seeing the br is so unhealthy.

just play a ton and it will start to click. practice makes perfect.

GL. Don't play NL50, you're not ready for that. Maybe drop a table to get more thinking time. Every time you make a play tell yourself what range he can have that will make that good. If its a call what worse might he bet with, if its a bet what worse can call or better can fold.

55 hand I like a donk here some times. Depends on the Cbet tendancies of those still to act though. I'd fold pre though as the PFR is still to act and would suck to get 4bet.

A9s hand depending on stats there is a chance I'm 3 betting that pre myself. If not I'm folding. I don't want to call dominated hand OOP hoping to hit a flush draw and if BB squeezes thats not good either. You want small pots with high SPR with this hand.

As played depending on squeeze tendancies its maybe OK.

JJ+,55,33,AJs,KdQd vs this you are 38%. 36% if you knock the KQdd hand off.

On the turn vs same range you are 23% or 21% if only made hands so its a call but not a fist pump one as most of the time your way behind. Calling 3bets pre with A9s and then calling off stacks on a draw is not going to be the way to profit IMO.

Main goals for next week:
Bank roll management, I feel like I am finally getting control of this. Unfortunately I lost 8o% of my roll learning this.
Putting villain on range with sats ( need to do this for every hand and stop auto piloting not thinking about villains range.
Have a positive week, if I can come up with a couple weeks in the green I have a private backing deal that I will accept( did this once at bovada in the past)
Find a coach/mentor someone I can work with a few hours a week
