I dont know. i usually just think of regs as "regs" or "bad regs". If i see a reg do something ******ed, they get put into the bad reg pile, the good ones just stay in the "reg" pile so isnt too many i can think of atm. If you tell me your screen name, ill tell you which pile you're in :P

Since last update ive barely grinded. Had little motivation and been in hongkong for a month. (cba to write about HK, im such a terrible writer so ill let z0mg do all that if he decides to ever update his thread :P ). Due to barely playing and game being redic stale at times, results have been pretty shiiiit.

            June:

July: **** end to the month Hud stopped working for zoom so thought i would try out normal tables, obv played horrendous there with a little bit of run bad lol

Not sure how much volume ill get done this month. Decided for my dissertation im going to create an Open face chinese game to play with friends or against the computer so im pretty motivated to do this atm, but ill try to put decent grind in! Oh, and im pretty sure im not going to post another hand in here again

As of today, ive decided im going to get fit and healthy, start running and going to the gym frequently so i need whoever reads this help. I am possibly the most unhealthy person i know of so this is going to be difficult to do. Whilst at uni, i drink about 1.5l of coke a day and eat one meal a day which is takeaway. ive cooked at most 5 meals last year! (no im not fat, im pretty skinny). I have no idea how to cook, i have no clue what is healthy and what isnt, i dont know what foods i should be avoiding if im weight lifting, what i should be having extra. I am a complete noob. Im also a vegetarian (eat dairy products, but no fish).

Ill send pretty decent $$ if somebody can provide me a healthy vegetarian meal plan for few days a week (or for all 7 days) whilst going to the gym and doing weights. You can either pm me or write in here, ill send $$ if its in detail enough and the amount that ill send, will def be worthwhile putting a little effort into it .

            Thankyou, peace.

Below is a link for what is basically the uNL sticky for fitness. It has a small section on exercise related stuff, but there's a ton of info regarding nutrition and the like. If you only read through a section a day, in two weeks you'd become more educated than probably 95% of people.

Reddit can probably help you out. That's just from searching for vegetarian, going on my experience with other subreddits there's probably plenty of people willing to give you good advice. And for free!

Stop drinking the coke (snorting it's fine though), just drink water, I mean Coke every now and again is fine, but every day is probably pushing it, although if you're only eating 1 meal a day you probably need all the calories you can get. If I were you i'd probably just be eating a lot of pasta, it's a really great thing to eat, boil the pasta in a pan, heat up some pre made sauce in a pan, and that's it. Some other stuff you can do for lunch is heat up a jacket potato and pour bake beans on it and cheese, that tastes legit and is pretty filling and good for you. Try to avoid overly fatty foods(takeaway), you want to be eating foods high in carbohydrates, and if you're lifting protein as well, of course some fat is essential but it's easy to over do it. I would also advise you to drink 3 litres+ of water a day more if you're running/lifting etc
