Ive been playing poker for a few years now but haven't taken it that serious untill 2012. I would say ive improved a bunch this year and gone from starting the year at 25nl, to finishing the year at 100nl.

Since zoom has come out its all ive played and dabbled every now and again in HU. Here is my 2012 results pre rakeback(missing 2k from ftp rush 100nl):



25nl: $100+
50nl: $8k+
100nl: $4.7k+
200nl: $5k+

with an overall winrate of 3.8bb/100 for the year


2012 was probably around $23k+ with rakeback. Also prob made about £1.5k live.

My 100nl results are little disappointing for the volume i have put into it, although i am happy with the results overall. i use to have semi-tilt problems which imo, was all stemmed because i had very aggro BRM so 100nl become very swingy for me. Since i become more of a bankroll nit, the tilt started to go away and the heater in the middle of the graph occured (before the heater it was literally, win at 50nl, tilt at 100nl, win at 50nl, and repeat, so something had to change). After pretty decent results at 200nl shot-taking i went into my second year of uni where i decided to withdraw due to university being pretty hectic for the first month.


So 2013 i want to go from 100nl zoom to preferable beating 500nl zoom by the end of it. I could of made a thread about making it to HSNL but i think that will be unrealistic as i am still in my second year of uni doing computer science which has ridiculous amounts of coursework so i have to manage my time between poker, work and socialising. Which can be pretty difficult at times!

Few things before i finish:
If anybody wants to try improve their HU game i will happily play them as i want to improve in this area of poker. (it will have to be FTP or homegame pokerstars where i can send $$ over to your FTP account, i want my FTP roll to be my HU roll). PM if you're interested.

Guesstimates of 2013:
By feb: 200nl
by aug/sept: 500nl
End of year: Beating 500nl

Im not too bothered if i dont reach these timeframes and i wont stress over it if i dont. Just going to improve as much as i can but they're just a rough guess of what 2013 could potentially look like if it all goes well.
