When my br grew to 6000, I stuck around 200NL for a couple hours after work. It was worth an extra grand every month, but I rested on my laurels and continued with restaurant management. Not glamorous but my only regret is being in the business for 12 years. I am thirty years old. I am healthy, comfortable, yet I've squandered more than I care to admit.
But life's a learning experience and here I am with a 100k bankroll. I feel caution and the overwhelming need to honor the grace of someone's largess. But In my best attempts, I cannot stifle a feeling of excitement.
And that begs a plan: I will be playing 500nl live. I will be multi-tabling 200nl online. I will do these things until I get in that grove and this time, I have to move up.
Godspeed you ****ing psycho
