Update: havent played in ages which is reaaaally tilting.. my hud is being super laggy and im still trying to fix it, as I wait for my DB to backup (been going 3 hours so far not even half done) Ive been doing a lot of flopzilla stuff and working on my 3bet/4bet/defending ranges btn vs blind and bvb and feel like I have got a lot of work done which is good. Itching to get back into playing now cause I really want to make the most of my free time theses holidays and get a lot of hands in, so far it has been dissapointing. Once I get my hem2 working again I think I'm gonna go into lock down mode and aim for 7k hands a day for 7 days straight. Also today I went over and re-defined my opening ranges, made some slight changes and this is how I have ended up:
Spoiler:

Would appretiate feedback on theses ranges if anyone has a minnute to look over them! Obv these will change a lot based on many variables but I like to have base opening ranges to work around assuming a table full of 100bb unknown/regs. But anything that stands out as bad? combos you would/wouldnt open? (I 2x on the button btw)

I'd open wider on button than that vs players that dont 3 bet enough.

About how much wider should I aim for with pop reads on the 10nlz pool? (assume two uknown 100bb villians in the blinds)

would you reccomend 55%+?

And does it change much at 25nl, tighten up slightly?

78% I'd say. Maybe higher at 10nl.

Your winrate is highest on button, so makes sense to open as wide as possible if people don't attack you back or play straight forward which they probably do mostly at 10nl.

oh wow Im well off then, wouldnt that mean we would have to defend to a **** load of 3bets with medicore hands, or can we assume the average unknown at 10nl isnt 3betting enough in the blinds and we can exploitably over fold?

I assume you are not opening close to 80% vs two regs, or am I wrong again?

If they are weak regs then I am. Not if they are good. I'll narrow down to 55%~.

You do have to defend wider when 3 bet and if you aren't comfortable with this then I suggest getting better in 3 bet pots. This is going to be more profitable imo than opening btn narrow.

If you open 78% then you should defend 30%~. Still I doubt 10nl players even 3 bet enough, you can probably still be narrower than this.

Quick update:
Sorry for the lack of updates the last few days I have been moving into a new place, for the main reason rent is cheaper and its closer to uni. Have had no internet which is very annoying but got it all up and running now. Was really busy and got almost no poker in over the course of settling into the new house, although I have finished reading the mental game of poker which was good.

Sat down today and watched the CJ pod with Ansky which was really good and decided to load up just one reg table so I could play a bit as I watched and it was my first time pretty much playing a session on reg tables, and man... they are siiiiick. So much spazz and ******ed stuff going on which you just dont get as much in zoom. Maybe just may small sample tho as I only one tabled for about 3 hours as I tuned into the podcast but I will def be giving them a go now. Not sure if I will stick with it though because the volume in zoom is just so good.

Sorry no graphs this week because of my unfortunate circumstances but back into grinding from now on!
