You are right about -0,5% in $200 and 5% in the 30's... But let me tell u, if you grind the 200's having a -0,5% roi, variance will rape your soul. I mean, $2 to $3 per game is a big difference, but if you offer me $2.65 in the 60's with a good roi, or $3 in the $200 with a -0.5... Id probably go for the $2.65..

Right, which is why I don't just open sit every $200 that runs...because if I do that my expected ROI would probably be about -0.5%...i just look for the best value at all 3 stakes

Correct...I was just taking it to the extreme in my example to show worst case scenario in the $200s(-0.5% roi at 200s if i just play every game) is still worth more $/game comparing to something not possible/very unlikely at the $30s (5% roi pre RB while mass tabling).

I think what I do right now is maximizing my hourly, just game selecting all 3 stakes and looking for the softest games...actually was 18-23 tabling most of my last session and felt good doing it, haven't done >21 tables in a while at these

Pretty ****ty, my throat hurts but it also hurts deeper into my esophagus which is kind of troubling, have never had pain like halfway down my throat before, hopefully just goes away quickly
