I mean yes and no, I always will be striving to increase my hourly however possible, but my hourly is about $118 without being an SNE/without SNE RB. Right now I'm making about $95/hour in RB, that number will go up as I increase my RB % (milestones, hit SNE, etc) which is awesome

Not such a nice start today compared to yesterday but getting decent vpps in and feeling pretty good with how I'm playing. Gonna be making lunch while 1 tabling the $320 WCOOP and then getting back at it!

Speaking of WCOOP, it's pretty gross how poorly PS handled the guarantees on these tournaments, the 3 $1050 super tuesday replacements should all have $1mil guarantees on them instead of 750k and this Saturday's $320 replacement (being FR) should have had a $1mil guarantee on it instead of 250k....pretty dumb how PS gives up soooo much value by undershooting guarantees

What do you think your games/hour is now playing 200s? How about your average table count?

Really depends session to session. Sometimes I'll be loading just $200s during primetime sessions and I try to keep it to 15 and under tables. If the 200s are gross and I'm basically not playing them, I'll play up to 24 tables of 60s-100s.

Honestly, I try to just get in every $200 that has 1 fish in it as I feel like at the worst case I'm -0.5% roi in games with 1 fish and 5 regs and that's still worth more $'s/game than playing a $60 or $100 and having a positive expectation. Most of the time lately I'm just playing $100s and $200s during the non dead times, but I still try to jump into the best 60s, any of them with 2+ fish although I know I still miss a lot of them.

And I was lazy with lunch today, just threw in a personal pan pizza and some tator tots in the oven and then had some carrots on the side...doing Ollies (pizza joint) for dinner with a buddy though!

Thinking about getting back on the grind but if I look (havent yet) and the games are gross, I'll just go take a nap and start grinding after dinner.

That was actually at 5knl HU, he got superrrr deep against the guy he was playing (400+ bbs effective). He open sits up to 20knl HU/6m though when he plays, so I'm sure hes got much more exciting graphs, that's just literally the only one hes ever sent me from a sesh before

Just curious what % of all profits does your backer take?

did you read the mental game of poker ? thoughts ?

I get 55/45 in my favor up until I hit SNE and then 70/30 in my favor once I hit SNE. That includes everything, $s won on the table, fpps, milestones, other forms of rb related equity etc. I signed for this year and next year, but the fun part is next year I can buy into my own action up to 50%.

So say next yr I take 50% of myself and then am staked for the other 50%, I'm essentially getting 85% of my profit (50% because I cover 1/2 of myself and then I'd get 70% of the other 50% (35%))

Have never read a poker book before, I might read the mental game of poker when I shut down for the year when I hit SNE and go back home for like 2-3 weeks. I don't struggle with the mental side of the game, I don't tilt no matter how bad my DS gets (think my former roommate live@pompeii would agree, and I went on a 80k mtt downswing when I lived with him and a 25k SNG DS), but there's always something that can be improved upon so I'd like to take a read anyhow, just too busy right now!

What would you guess your lifetime income/loss is from poker?

No idea lifetime as I never kept track until post BF, you have to realize I've been backed my entire poker career and I always have my backer agree to giving my profit cashouts whenever I'm in profit or ever X $'s of profit (with X being low). But I also don't sign ****ty 50/50 deals either, my current deal (55/45 in my favor til SNE, then 70/30) is the worst deal I've had %wise since 2010 when I was with SNGReasons.

I was fortunate enough this yr with the Max Katz fund to bink on my very first sunday on stake for them for 38.2k when I won the Merge $530 highroller, so I instantly got a cashout....then I went on my downswing, they actually lost $'s staking me and I made a bit.

My records since BF (started grinding again August 2011) has me at cashing out ~$59,500, hopefully now that I seem to have found my hunger to grind again I'll start doing better! Definitely not satisfied with the amount of money I've made in the past yr

Decent start to the day, probs not playing again today til after the Packer game, gogo pack imo!

On a completely random sidenote, just realized I'll get a payout on 2 different BOP leaderboards from last week, nice little surprise bonus!

Got 14th on the Uranus low orbit which will be good for $80 and 5th on the Saturn High orbit which is worth $400

Also have a chance to double cash Saturn this week, my 390 low score woulda just missed a payout this past week and my 1390 high i hit already woulda gotten 6th last week

(Maybe a silly question but I'm curious) Does your backer have a cut of your prop bets as well? You should have to consult them about the prop bet before making it?
