Fml jeeeezzz. Was explaining rb/SNE to the old lady last night and said there'd be times when $10k vanished in a few hours. "Welp" about sums it up. Oh well, gogogo Josh!

Yeah i mean if you were always 6 handed then 24 tables would be a doddle. The fact you can be HU in like 6/7 of these whilst 3/4 handed in the others is what kills you

Got a few questions if you find a spare minute sometime:

What's the worse downswings decent/good regs experience in these hypers ?
How hard would you say the transistion would be from 180's to these ?
Comparison in toughness from 24 tabling turbos to grinding these ?

Thanks.
Tyty

1. 300+ bi's, I mean I think wayneking is a pretty good reg and hes >1000 bi's under EV in the past yr

2. Pretty hard, simply put (and im going to sound like a dick but whatever), most 180ers don't excel at any part of the game....they dont know how to play deep (hence their 9/6's they run through T50), they dont even play push/fold that well, and they make LOL ICM blunders deep. Combine that with not knowing how to study properly, and yea, its a tough transition.

Fwiw, I fell into this category when I was grinding 45s-180s pre BF, simply put, I was an all around terrible player.

3. 24 tabling 45s-180s is like 8 tabling these. 55 tabling 18-180s is easier to me than 24 tabling 6m ht's, but 24 ht's isnt all that bad to me anymore in short stretches.

Yep yep, thats why multitabling these is so much harder than most other formats.

Oh yea, I was supposed to get back to ya on skype that one night, my bad. HMU on skype if you need me to try to help with anything, I've kinda lost touch with a lot of stuff going on down here though as a lot of the original rosa crew has left and I've just been grinding

Yday sucked but whatever, got in a decent amount of volume considering I had my PA come over for her first day on the new job, ended up being done with poker at about 3pm and went to dinner with a couple guys and then came back and went to bed really early.

Today planning on getting in as much volume before about 5pm as possible and then will be going to mrdurdens place for the late NFL game and to hangout with a bunch of the Rosa crew, they were having people over for Thanksgiving dinner. Shoutout to Eric and Heather, thx for doing this! Much <3

Graph from yday:

Graph so far today: Was worried when I started off dropping 2.5k straight that it was gonna be another lol day

VPP count coming into today: 820,717

Gla today!

Just started off today with 2/4 $200 games being 6 regs, other 2 obvs 5, just snap done loading. Gonna start loading offpeak for the rest of the yr, games have been ridiculous the past week. Getting almost as OI as StartingGun is . Will probably just use primetime hours to grind on ftp to work on clearing my DMI bonus that I finally got, I'm much more confident in my 10bb no ante game (ftp ST and Merge ST format) than my PS grind game.

Yday failed, only 6.5k vpps or so but it was thanksgiving and i went to durdens house so w/e, cant be too mad

826,685 vpps to start day

Hyper graph of the month so far (52% rb):

And hyper graph since restarting SNE grind on August 14th, 2012 with SNE RB

Gonna go make myself pork chops in a min then watch some American Horror Story, then hopefully the games will be cleared up a bit and I can grind; if not, FTP here I come!

Thanks everyone for the continued support, <3 everyone who wants me to succeed and is behind me. Have gotten some nice pm's, skype messages etc from people giving me encouragement, honestly makes the grind easier and makes me more motivated to succeed.

Anyway, today I'm working on trying to switch my sleep schedule backwards to get off of primetime grinding....figure today I'll kinda fail at volume as the first ~7 hrs i was awake I didn't really play and now I'm getting tired but need to stay awake for another 6-8 hrs lol. W/e, will probably try to sneak in 1 more session and then just wither away watching tv shows with the pipe in hand.

Today overall been a kinda meh day, I did get in 1 soft $1000 6m turbo and got 2nd in it, lost a flip HU that cripped me; oh well. Have like 6k and change vpps so far today, actually am at 833,117.89 vpps overall now...wanted to mark that so when I play this offpeak session I can see how many vpps/hr I get.

Graph:

Gonna either get right back on the grind or watch an episode of American Horror Story while I digest food and chill before grinding....probably the latter tbh!

Yeaaaa, been failing it up a bit the past few days actually

________________________________________

Just woke up a bit ago, I really need to shift my sleeping schedule fwd and start waking up between 4am and 6am as I definitely get a TON more done the earlier I wake up.

I plan to be done with SNE after another ~19 full working SNG days. My schedule that I plan on keeping throughout the duration of 2013 (besides if I do a 1mil, 2month prop) is to go hard with SNGs Wednesday-Saturday, play a super long MTT session sunday (like 20+ hrs), then monday/tuesday will be my off days to do w/e...if I'm in the mood to play a couple short sessions those days, then so be it, if not, I won't worry about playing. If I want to head up to San Diego for 1.5 days, will do that. Basically will give me a bit more leeway to do more IRL **** as I can wake up at 9am monday morning and be free til late night Tuesday when I'd need to head back to Mexico.

With that being said, my target date to be done with SNE is Friday, December 14th. And to make sure I get it done by then, I'm going to offer freerolls for it both here and on that other site . There should be a 0% chance this is even a sweat, but I want to make sure I have extra motivation to not be a **** up and leave myself with a ton of vpps to go on like the 15th of December .

So, $100 freeroll to the first 15 people to quote itt, gla!
im going for it tho i think you will make it for sho

You were up against KQ (2x) in an online mtt...you were practically drawing dead preflop.

    Does suck though.

So today been a pretty big fail again but doubt I'm in the caring mood, just plugging away bit by bit. Monday night I'll probs start a hard push for 7 straight days and try to knock out 80k vpps in said 7 days (mon night-following mon night) and leave myself with about 75k to go in the last 11 days of my goal, 15 days before I go home

I ended up playing 2 $1000 6m turbos that were soft and got 1st in one and 2nd in the other, pretty nice 3 game cashing streak in the 1ks the past 2.5 days . Unfortunately getting murdered in all other sngs; I think I'm gonna cut the turbo 6m as they take up too much concentration and I end up lowering my table count too much while they're up on screen which hurts the vpp/hr.

On top of that, took 4th in the 215 pacific rim after coming into the ft 9/9 and then just got 12th in the hotter 109, lost a 60/40 for 1/11, just cant run good deep on PS . Also took 17th in the 55 turbo and 19th in the 77 6m turbo, not that bad considering I only played 15 mtts tonight. Actually feeling really good with my MTT game the past month, my backer has really helped my deep stack and postflop game come along nicely.

    Bust hand in hotter 109
