Woooo just finalized getting myself a personal assistant. My maid, who is friends with the realtors assistant Zoila who we all know down here, is going to step up and start helping me out more. Glad I can just have her do it and not have to look for someone new and build trust with them, I already trust both Martha and Zoila so thatll be good.

She's going to start coming over Wednesday and Saturday, probably about 14 hours a week total of work for $80 (and yea, I'm overpaying lol) and she'll be cleaning, doing my grocery shopping, bill paying and also cooking me meals at my place or bringing me meals.

She doesn't speak a lick of English which isn't a problem for most things as my spanish is alright enough to get through most conversations, but Zoila is going to help me with grocery shopping lists for her and also will explain to her how to cook some american dishes when I want them as Martha only knows how to cook Mexican dishes...this should be super legit, I'm pretty stoked for it!

Haha yea, super legit and gonna help me out quite a bit, I can cook a little bit for myself, like pancakes and bacon and sausage type stuff for bfast and then steak, hot dogs type stuff on foreman grill and porkchops/ham in crock pot, but I literally can't make anything other than stuff like that lol...gonna be nice to have some home cooked mexican and american dishes from someone who can actually cook really well.

Well it's probably right on par with what it should be, the only reason I said it might be overpaying is because I offered $80/week and she snap accepted. And it's definitely going to take her at least 14 hours per week if she has to cook me meals (either at her house or my condo), clean my condo once a week (that usually takes her 7 hrs the times shes cleaned my place well), then also go do my grocery shopping and pay bills etc.

Oh boy, failed it up yday but not a big deal, gonna just come back today and try to grind hard. That 28 hour mtt session really ****ed me up, I've been really really tired since then, so I"m not going to do that again I don't think . I'll probably still play mtts this sunday, but just going to play lower stakes on my own dime between ftp and ps, like 55s and lower, bigger 109, swu, mil and that's it...and also not as long of a timeslot

Planning to get as many vpps as possible today, hoping for 10k+ as I'll be working around my PA as she's going to be doing a good cleaning today.

Only got 4.3k vpps yday, doubt I can do worse than that today

1st session of the day in the books, played for 1.7 hrs and got 4700 vpps, solid 2765 vpp/hr rate

Day so far:

locals pay like $25 for 8 hours, so I think if you get around $2/hr that's super solid, $3 is normal, $5+ is gringo. I'd rather pay a bit more and 100% trust the person though...+ we all live in fairly sick beachfront condos, so it's prob tough to bargain tooo much! I love cheap labor!!! Here I pay like $13 for 4-5 hours of cleaning the place, and I am suuuuper overpaying because its the landlord's friend that cleans. Swear I'm not even gonna be wiping my ass anymore if it gets any cheaper

And lol quad, that HUD is the absolute nuts, sorted by # of players, different # of bb filters, all important stats and color coordinated very well....wouldn't be able to live without it. Obviously a HUD like that isn't for everyone, but you shouldnt hate on mine

HS hypers graphs look so ridiculous . I mean it's not that incredibly rare to run at -20% ROI for 300 games but 10k just disappeared!
