Solid day so far, got in a decent bit of volume as I wanted to and I'm not done for the day. Will probably play another 2-4 hour sesh way later tonight and add in revolution hypers as needed to fill up the volume as merge is slowwwww once about midnight my time comes around.

Who do you think are some of the better players in the ST's just based on empirical evidence from the last few weeks or so? From my experience drunkraising, toscaredtowin and you seem to be miles ahead of most of the other grinders out there, but I was just curious who's game you really respect since you obviously play against everyone more than me.

I moved out because I couldn't stand living so far out of town and it was a perfect chance to move in with one of the guys i hangout with a lot as his roommate left to go to vegas and then elsewhere, so i snap took the opportunity.

Heh, so boomordoomwegrind binked a 7 streak and now im gonna have to eat my words as beating him is going to require some ridiculous volume or me binking a higher streak. Oh well, can't control something like that, going to just keep doing what I've been doing and not change my grind routine, levels I play or table count...if i win, i win and if I don't, I don't.

Ran pretty poorly today all around, can't win at this game every day . Watching some Band of Brothers and then will be going to bed, long grind coming tomorrow!

Tyty, I think anytime after 5pm (3pm my time) is good, before that it is pretty hit or miss. The higher stakes actually load pending on how many higher stake, high volume regs are on that time...like during what is normally "primetime" was completely dead at the $20s+ tonight

When you first told me you where coming back to ship the LB I thought for sure you would have it. Never expected to be in this position lol but now that I am I will be going all out trying to ship. Josh your a beast at these I am still worried you will beat me lol it will be a fun grind GL to you except vs me obv.

Yes they do, and tbh, if they were to run enough, I think a person could probably book top 20, or possibly higher with a good streak, on the leaderboard, playing exclusively them, especially with how soft the leaderboard has been lately (top 2-3 aside).

If you know how LB points are calculated, you know that they take the square root of the BI, and well, the square root of .11 is .33, so the .11s are worth about 1/3 the points of the $1s, and 1/4 the points of the $2s, and if somebody was willing to put in good volume at them (idk, 300-500 games a day would be a good guess), they could easily score a leaderboard spot, which would actually work out to be a pretty sick RB %.

IIRC one guy with a SN something like 'umousemehawk' cashed on the leaderboard a couple of times, and I'm pretty sure he played a majority of .11's, and eventually moved up to the $1s

Not that it matters much, but it's actually the square root of the fee (rake) that that is used in the formula. However, the numbers do actually work out very close to what you have. The .11s are worth about .4 of the $1s and just over 1/4 of the $2s.

Under very favorable assumptions of ROI and rakeback, 500 games would get you about $10, not counting LB money. A tough way to earn a couple hundred bucks. But it is there for whoever needs to grind up a small workable roll.

I remember the first month umousemehawk made the LB playing .11s. There was a promo at RTR for a $5k Borgota package to the most tournaments played in a month. Not only did he make the LB, he won that package grinding the .11s!
