To the whole TCOOP thing, I decided I didn't want to deal with MTT swings so I doubt I play many events over $82. I had made a BaP and was had sold out the 50% I wanted to sell on skype, but decided against running it because I'm stressed out enough as is without having to worry about dropping 8k during TCOOP. Sooo, I'll probably play a few of the smaller events, but for the most part I'm just avoiding mtts as I think it's a healthy choice for me at the moment .

Just got back a bit ago from grocery shopping, gonna take a quick nap and in 1 hr 10 mins my roommate and I will be starting our 40 hr grind in a 60 hr time period, I'll post updates in between sessions.

I mean, it just seems like you're pissing away piles of equity by not playing a full TCOOP sched. I could totally understand skipping out on SCOOP or something but jfc this freaking series was pretty much created for a player like you. You have a backer and you could obviously piece yourself out as much as you'd want. I know MU sucks but I really think it's a mistake not going full ****ing force in this. That said, if you're really not up to it or your head isn't in it or w/e then you prob shouldn't play ofc. I swear to jesus tho, when i first heard of TCOOP I literally thought of how amped you'd be to just play eveything on the schedule and just rape faces.

Unfortunately I woke up very very sick on Saturday morning and I was even worse on Sunday, but I put in as much volume as I could even while being exhausted. I wanted to watch all the NFL playoff games, so I only played MTT's from Saturday mid afternoon til ~2am Sunday morning, and then woke up at about 9:30am and started loading MTT's once again, finishing my session at about 6pm.

Got 6th in the $55 30k for ~1.6k, was pretty disappointing as 1st was 7.5k, but got UL with my seat on the FT and didn't ever get anything going. Besides that, had a super deep run in the Sunday Storm, losing a flip for a top 10 stack with 125 players left out of that massive field, and also had a deep run in a few other MTTs as well. All in all, happy with how I played and happy that I got in 35 hrs of play from Friday afternoon-Sunday at 6pm.

Gonna work on waking up here and hopefully will be on the grind within an hour or so, gonna try to pump out 12 hrs worth of hypers today, if the prop gets close, I'll likely end the month with some MTT sessions as it's much easier to play 16+ hour MTT sessions compared to grinding out massive sessions of hypers.

Anyway, gla this week, TCOOP is coming up and as you'll read below, I got talked into playing pretty much a full schedule (all NLHE events besides maybe 22+ 2x/3x turbos and the Highroller). I might try to sell action for the Highroller at no markup (hint hint: get at me on skype). BoL to everyone this week, here comes the VPP breakdown

Yea after reading Yougotgot's post, I thought about it again and then discussed with my backer and roommate + another couple friends and decided that I'd be missing out on too much value, so I'll be grinding out pretty much a full NLHE schedule with some PLO/O8 events as well. Unfortunately won't be able to play any of my most +EV games (stud/draw variants) as I won't actually be able to focus in the slightest bit at them while also grinding hypers.

Ran fairly well that session and felt like I was playing good on top of it. The downside is that I'm still coughing my brains out and I have a pounding headache, throat is killing me and I'm beyond tired, so gonna go lay down and try to take a couple hour nap even though I just woke up a few hours ago. Well, if you are only looking at it from a hrly POV than yes, it doesnt makes sense to play those events. However I just thought that you dont have too often the chance to play for 5 figures prizepools (plus the added benefit to have a better shot at the TLB) for low buy ins in games where your edge is so massive - but that is just my outlook on it.
