Forgot today is the Winter Classic, so my volume will probably be kinda low today. I'm not really worried tbh, the games are usually awfully regfested the first week of the year, so being on lowish volume might be good. I'm not even loading now as theres like 5 regs in every lobby, I honestly might just take the rest of the day off and go back to bed and relax if the lobby's dont get a bit better within the next few mins

I also decided I'm not gonna push for 1.5mil, I knew going in it was going to be ridic hard if they didn't add higher bi's, and it appears they are indeed not going to, so my goal I'm shooting for is going to be 1.25mil. I put in 9 hrs yesterday and didn't even get enough VPP's for 1.5mil pace...theres no way in hell I'm able to grind hypers over 9 hrs every day, they kill me after 20 mins

Stars didn't say they were never going to add higher hypers did they? I'm sure saw PSS say that they were still considering them and they could well be added during the year. Obv this doesn't mean that they will come but you never know.
The demand for these have certainly gone up! Tbh they need a $60-75 and also something in between 1.5-7 or 7-30. But what do i know....i'm just a 180man :P

Edit: if there was a bit more variety in levels then i'd be tempted to convert though

Put in 1 more super short sesh, gonna be off to bed early as I'm still not feeling too well. Flipped between the Winter Classic and the Outback Bowl; super sick finish in the bowl game, MSU on a sick comeback from 16-0 down to win in 3x overtime. Winter Classic had a decent ending to the game but it didn't seem like a normal Flyer/Ranger game with not much physical play going on; was kinda disappointing.

Newayz, won pre RB today which is always good. Will try to get in a lot of volume tomorrow as I'm probably going to lose 1/2 the day on Wednesday as my maid will be working for 6 or so hrs and Thursday my roommate is returning to Mexico and I think MellowYellow is meeting him at the airport and coming to stay at our place for a couple days while he gets a place to live down here in Rosarito...so gotta try to make up a tiny bit for the volume I'll miss those 2 days but I'm not entirely worried about it, the games are more regfested at the start of the yr and end of the yr as everyone is going nuts on volume usually, so rlly doesn't matter to me if I start off a tad behind pace.

Have gotten in 417 games so far today in 2 sessions, gonna shower, get some food and then try to get in a 300+ game sesh. Was getting absolutely destroyed earlier in my sesh, redline was like an LOL -7.5% after game 325 on the day.

Unfortunately, gonna lose a lot of time tomorrow most likely, maid should show up about 9am and I don't really like grinding while she's working, although I might play the first like 2-3 hrs after she gets here as she starts in the kitchen and works back, and my bedroom is the last thing she cleans besides the deck/patio.

As a random question, how stressful do you find grinding on a day to day basis?
I only ask because you seem to cope very well. (any tips on this?)

3. Uhhh honestly, and this is going to sound pretty stupid, im so over it when it comes to poker that none of it really ever bothers me. I'm naturally lazy, was lazy all through school because it came easy to me and I was able to get really good grades taking all honors/ap classes; never did hw etc.

I just remember the fact that I hated school and hated having a real job even tho it was easy (teller/personal banker at a local bank) and def hated the gum factory job I had for 3 shifts right after BF so I stick to poker because of the freedom I have and because of the financial opportunity it has given me. Not many 20 yr olds get to do w/e the **** they want + travel the world...**** not even many adults can say that

Going back to 15-18 tabling and playing really long hours, this last session I played absolutely terribly. It'll balance out anyway because when I'm 20+ tabling I cant seem to handle more than 1hr sessions anyway, it really is brutal 20+ tabling these. The difference between 15 and even 18 is huge

Yea a lot of MU's are wayyy too high and I just avoid those but theres definitely good value in the MP still. I'll post some results if I'm allowed to (will have to ask a mod about this) as I keep investing

1. Do you count your misclicks during your session?
I consider misclicks any accidental folds or premature folds that are close where you would normally jam if you had taken that extra 1/2 millisecond to think. I avg 3-5 per session when normal and like 10+ if I'm playing more then 12 tables or tired.

+1 on less tables is sometimes more, I cut down to 12 tabling and I notice I'm taking higher EV lines more frequently and even quickly glancing at stats of players ahead of me a lot instead of just playing my cards. Another thing, i can put in more sessions frequently as I burn out less, but sometimes 2p2 and interwebs distracts the fk out of me and I notice my 5 min break turns into 4 hours.

2. What are your thoughts on stars not adding more hypers yet, it's now 2012 and they're giving us the run around when directly asked WTF is going on.

Pisses me off, that we can't play 15$'s or 60's 100's or fk even 500's 6 maxes if we really wanted to. It blows my mind that there isn't a 15+30+55+109 hyper MTT scheduled every half hour during peak times, and even on off hours they could support 1/4 that. Fields would be fantastic. It honestly feels like MONKEYS are running their MTT schedule.
