So day 1 was a pretty bad start, not because of results but i just played really bad, im actually really lucky to only be down 4bi, if i was actually on the wrong side of variance i would of been down around 12.

A few different factors into why i didnt perform, number 1 reason would be because i didnt split sessions and tried to play a really long one. at about 2.8k hands i couldnt even think straight anymore but continued to play and made some really really poor decisions.

Its been awhile since ive tilted but can confirm today that i tilted of around 2bi's which im pretty angry about, i know i dont tilt as much as regs i vs but i want it to be out of my game completely.











there were a few spew calls that i couldnt find and ceebs looking anymore, toooo tired cant wait to sleep, should be a good day tomorrow, will split the sessions up and hopefully become bit less stressful and can pick up my A-game again.

also if anyone knows anyway to de-stress after a session besides gym/workout would be interested to hear.

Woke up early today to get in to have shorter sessions and some more volume at peak hour, not sure how much hands im putting in today, feeling pretty good, slight headace but whatever lets win some money.

Pretty interesting day, can say i played well through about 40% of the volume, the rest was pretty meh. think i played best after gym but yet thats when i started losing, lolpoker.

games were pretty amazing today for some reason, 3-4 recreational players on every table and only a few decent regs. toughest reg i had on most of my tables was a 18/14/6 so it was a pretty interesting day since i could play every pot with the recreational players.

happy with volume, not that happy with the way i played.
