- can you tell us how you came to meet livb and describe the early days of your career with him tutoring you, what sort of player were you before you met him etc

- do you think you do a good job balancing social life and poker or are you kinda just so focused on the grind you might be unbalanced in that aspect?

- you mentioned thinking about poker all the time, do you think to reach your level of ability you almost have to have an unhealthy obsession with the game. seems like a common theme amongst a lot of top players.

Yea, chat is something I need to work on. I enjoy trolling too much. However in this instance, I am pretty sure I was talking to spacegravy. I don't have much respect for players like this. He told chadders, who I think is very good and I happen to like, to leave his lobbys alone or he would ruin him because he was disrupting spacegravy from making his "600$/hr". He thinks he can just bumhunt and the lobbys are his. I hate that entitlement crap, I will always go out of my way to make it difficult for someone who behaves that way.

I was 17 and would deposit money here and there. I would do pretty well with hu sngs but I would dump it away at cash. As a result I had a decent looking sharkscope. I was broke at time and was railing livb in hu sngs and I would call out his hands and he sharkscoped me and saw I was a winning player. He gave me his aim, we got talking and I abruptly quit my job as a dishwasher to begin my stake with him.

Terrible, but it is something that I am okay to trade with right now because there is a lot of money up for grabs in this game and I want to get it while I can. I still try and squeeze in some party weekends here and there to stay a bit sane.

Yea, I have an unhealthy obsession with it. I am a gambler deep down so I love the action of poker. I just have been able to convince myself that all other forms of gambling that I do not have an edge is for stupid people.

To reach my level I do think you have to have an unhealthy obsession for the game of poker. I can promise you that if you don't, you are not going to be able to beat me or the other regs at my stake because you will never have the drive to get as good.

I started with a stake playing 50$ hu sngs, within a few months I ran up money and was taking shots at 5ks while still being a senior in highschool. I went broke repeatedly with this degen mindset. At same time, it helped me because I am unnerved by high stakes where as others may get worried and not play their A game.

Yea, I really enjoy playing hu cash. I am pretty good at it, but I know where I stand. I am better then all the bumhunter guys but the guys at the top would crush me. Some times a guy will be playing me in hu hypers and I will be winning and they will challenge me to hu cash. I always say "no thanks man, why would i wanna do that" but then slowly accept the challenge once I goad them into playing stakes high enough. This happened last week with joe cada and it ended nicely for me.

This is just crazy. Wish you best of luck with your challenge.

how important do you think hu is in hypers/super turbos? often times, they will get to hu with about 12-15, 20bbs deep. do you have any tips for a micro grinder on how to improve this aspect of their game? what to pay attention to? you are amazing. gluck on your goals!
