So a friend told me about a legal site for U.S. players (maybe not LEGAL, but one that we can play on) and said he would send me some monies since he had made a deposit and ran it up to a few hundred. Unfortunately, after I downloaded the software, he found out that they do not allow transfers. He then told me that they have freerolls running every hour and after looking into it, they are pretty decent.

I then proceeded to place 3rd / ~950 for a whopping $1.75, 2nd / ~850 for another $2.50, and then another 2nd / ~1000 for $10. The values differ so much because they have $100 freerolls all the way down to $10 (prizepools). My bankroll currently sits at $15.75 after a couple small wins @ 2nl, and I am determined to run it up to $100+ in the next few weeks before fall classes start back up.

Unfortunately, I do not have PT3 or HEM, so I will be tracking my progress exclusively on here. The site is full of nits, and I fully expect to be able to reach my goal and move up in limits very soon. If anyone else happens to play on here, my tag is "My-$-fool".

Also, if I can figure out how to request HH's, I will gladly post interesting hands. I will be mainly playing 2nl with the occasional SnG or MTT sprinkled in there...

After playing 2nl for > 1 hour, I turned $2 into $2.16 (lost a huge pot pre JJ vs AK) and $3.78 (+$1.94) for a BR of $17.69. It is very late and I need sleep, so that's all the playing for the night. I simply wanted to get this thread started to keep me on track and have a real goal where I can hold myself accountable.
