I've been heavily addicted to poker for many years now, and action needs to be taken.

I have banned myself from playing at Full Tilt for 180 days. Deleted all poker related software except Stars. I have used their responsible gaming feature to:

1. Restrict Me From Playing All Cash Games
2. Restrict My Deposit To $0 Per Week
3. Restrict All Tournaments And Sit N Go's To $0.25

I am now a prisoner at PokerStars $0.25 45s/90s

Short Term Goals:

1. Read Moshmans Sit N Go Strategy
2. Read Moshmans HU Sit N Go Strategy
3. Then Read Them Again And Again Until I Fully Understand Them Both

Long Term Goals:

1. Build A $17.07 Bankroll To $110.00 Without Going Busto Or Give Up Poker Forever

Be focused or chances are 90% you won't succeed. Your probably going to lose your patience in this goal, and decide to move up stakes and go broke.

If you really want to succeed that badly, make sure you stay focused.

you obviously have a gambling problem if you need to do this.gl but im not sure getting it to 110$ is the answer.maybe get a full time job and then you can allocate more money to poker and try to get better. ( not trying to harp on you btw)

I don't want to be playing multiple sets of these until I'm fully working on my study goal. So I just focused and played one on It's own. I came 3rd, but know I could have done a lot better, especially three handed. I'm off to review the HH's

I'm only going to be playing these when I have a 2 hour window so I can focus hard on every aspect.

Mixed feelings today tbh, I'm not going to moan about bad beats as they are a part of the game, but the standard of poker in these $0.25 games is not even funny. I'm sure variance will run it's course. With the average time of 2 hours to complete, unless I start playing set's of 10-12 this could take a very long time. I think I need to get studying hard very quickly. I also need to find info on shoving/calling ranges asap, any ideas?
